That's 1440 boards per one day work (24h). x100GH that's 144TH DAILY. What the diff will be in next month?

Nah, thats just the PCB, and I think it was the backplane, not the "main board" with the actual hashing chip. Not that those would take much longer, its clear that automated production lines arent going to be the bottleneck, but I assume (manual) assembly of the unit, testing, packaging etc wont go anywhere near that fast.

I visited their new office (not the factory!! where Orama is) and was told that the chips are hashing and that the Jupiter should be above the specs of 400 GH/s.

There were a couple more tidbits of info that I guess may not be official or set in stone so for what it's worth it I will just say that I got a lot more relaxed after talking with them in person and getting that info (mail communication was not working).

Thanks for this!

Bitcoinorama, any insider info about will they offer pickup today?

I see guys in lab coats anxiously awaiting results - not ramp ups of people building devices...earlier comment was right this is not looking too automated at this point lol.

Lol; http://youtu.be/ittJ5PQe6IU Grin

This is pure machine porn!

Thanks for all the updates updates Bitcoinorama!!

So, is it still possible to win the bitbet? Would 5 units delivered for hosting at the KNC datacenter count?

Maybe you can try to talk to them. I am available in Stockholm for a pickup, and so is Orama, maybe Anduck. Maybe 2 other hidden swedes. But I feel they would have to squeeze those boxes it at the last second and maybe people contacted at the last second by KNC...

How long takes to produce one board?

Judging by the vide, one PCB takes almost 4 minutes from start to finish, but it passes through several pick and place machines that operate in parallel on a conveyer. Hard to say, but Id guess they could do at least one per minute.

Almost as if my calculations a few pages back were spot-on for how many their production line could do.. nice.

They are obviously having a problem with the chips. A couple of people are trying to get them working, the rest are walking standing around looking anxious. Everyone is waiting, including us.
Man, I'm psychic!  Cheesy

Wow thanks for the video. That production line is pure sex.

Sorry for the shitty quality. It's HD on my phone. But without wifi, YouTube won't let me upload that.

its okay...thank you for the pictures!!!  We appreciate these in volumes!

That's cool, but it's not like the UK here. it's not like I can walk into a shop and just but a 'pay as you go' sim. For starters I'm in backcountry Sweden, not a scooby where, secondly, you need a Swedish ID for everything inc. PAYG sims here apparently. So I have to borrow Andreas's phone and tether to it. And you can imagine that f*ckin' thing won't stop ringing!

It genuinely is pretty tense, can't sit down type stuff. This that need to stay chilled, and keep a steady hand like the guy above, are frickin' pros, the rest are relishing the tension;
