"Transparency" is the most valuable thing when it comes to adopting something, promoting something.
They should have been transparent at the beginning with the prize pool, then they might have got some faith from the community.

Anyway, let's see how things go from now on.

I already replied to several accusations. And like I said before, I will post every article or proof regarding the app here. The team should be working right now on more transperency in terms of the prize pool Up to 500k, true.. we would all benefit from it. Cheers

You should atleast clear up the previous issue in regards with that $500k thing or else no one would take this project seriously yet it is already being tainted.

You have the TC, some pages to read about the app, how and when you will get the money.. you have the help.swissborg.com pages with FAQ. I spoke again with the team and told them, that they might increase the popularity of the app with this huge prize pool with more transperency. They replied they are going to release some articles about the app anways.. so lets hope we find a satisfactorily solution..

they chose my slogan and after few months, I received the gift. I did not know they need to have a license as I have participated in many giveaways on bitcointalk forum too and have won many contests on Twitter where only T&C are mentioned.


They need to be transparent when it comes to such a huge amount even though they did collect a lot during their ICO. I would also take part then but only if they can genuinely afford to give such a big amount.

If you are unfamiliar with international law, then hold back. Do you know that there is a huge difference between competition (without ANY fee or entry costs) and gambling also regarding laws? Apparently not right? in Germany as exmaple YOU don't need an license to hold competition without any fee or entry costs but YOU need one for gambling activities. Can you give me a source stating that in Swiss or Europe a competition where users dont have to pay any fee to join, needs a license?

Notice how your trust is now 8x worse?  Some distrust you cause you won't prove you have what you claim, and others distrust you because you don't see that's wrong.  

Have they given you their raffle/lottery license info?  Of course not - they are not genuine. 

I asked the team. And they did reply to me: The team doesn't release any sensitive information like tresuary management. The team has the sources to pay the 500k as they did collect over 50$ USD during ico. If it were a dodgy company/or fake website, then I would share your opinion, but that is not the case here. This is a marketing campaign and it really hurts that its getting compared to lq startups or scams.

I won a competition of Swissborg and got a Ledger Nano as a gift from the team so I know most of their contests are genuine. They even had prizes for highest number of referrals and so on but here the price pool is too big. The team should be more transparent as earlier they have prizes that were more believable. Hope we get someone to answer the questions.

the app itself and the game idea are quite good, nothing to say about that.

The only problem i see is that there is no transparency, assuming they do have the prize in bitcoin, there is no way to know for sure the ladder is not altered as there is no way to check/verify at any time when and which bet were made by the other users.

First of all I'm a busy man, earning zero cent for providing you this thread. I didn't even include my REF-code and I do play this game daily. And before I even had the time to reply to his CONCERNS defend myself,he rated me negative. So if I call someone frivolous, then he is. I hope he will never download this app and earn anything through it, he doesn't deserve it imo

The team has raised more than $ 50 million over a year ago. part of the money is still there, because the team has successfully hedged and did successfully treasury mangement after the market crash. The company has been spending heavily and is currently building its own OEMS (with an aggregator) with companies that have worked with Europe's tier one banks in terms of developing and so on. That costs, so they had huge expenses. But the 500k are reserved for the marketing budget. The team has really worked quietly and is now increasing its marketing efforts as we move closer to the flagship release. The team uses this marketing APP and the prize money to get people's attention, as they will be releasing the Wealth App, the company's flagship, in just a few months. That means the team DECIDED instead of advertising on Google adsense and co, to advertise themselves through the app to draw people's attention to the company. That's damn well calculated and unique. As player you enjoy the game, learn to predict (they even give each day a TA out for bitcoin to make it easier for users to predict right) and you earn BTC, so I do not understand what is meant to be fraudulent on this app. I know that you are might be suspicious cuz of scams, but like VOD directly to accuse all people of fraud here and every company,  well that's not good behavior imo

I hope you like the interface like I do... The app was published ~2 weeks ago and has already 10k registered players. So if this continues like that, we might reach 100k in few months, but as we grow bigger as community, we might increase this speed through the ref system.

First of all, I am not part of the team (--> check your trust rate, you accuse me of being part of team). I don't earn anything when I talking to you, but it's nice that you rated me so quickly, do you feel better now by doing so? Have you drained your frustration? If so,  Great.

The team raised over $ 50 million during the ICO and uses the app as a marketing tool to make people aware of the company, so the 500k are part of the marketing budget, You could have come to this result by yourself if you had researched. Instead of investing 500k dollars in advertising such as Google Adsense, people should be encouraged to invite people through their ref codes to draw attention to the upcoming Wealth App and the company in general

I think it's not a good idea to accuse Swissborg'steam immediately of fraud. The team owns the money, but you can not expect them to reveal parts of their treasury management, I mean who are you? Come down from your high horse.. Just because there are many scams, you don't have to accuse all projects.  As I've already tried to tell you (which probably has not been successful), the team will add one dollar to the prize pool for each newly registered user. In other words, once we have 500k of users, the prize pool will be exactly $ 500k in btc. If you had been reasonable (which unfortunately you NOT have been), then you would have addressed your concerns directly to the team to gather inadequate information. But to rate me negative directly and accuse me and the team of frauding? pitifully and weak.

i did try the app, the prize pool is now said to be ~$10k and for each person which install the app, they add 1$ to the pool. So will take some time to actually reach $500k  

Am I wrong in asking you to prove you have half a million when you claim you do?  Nope...

So what's the catch? I assume everything you mentioned above is true and despite you trying to doge Vod's questions about the money proof, how do you make money? You wouldn't just distribute bitcoins for free correct? How does your company make money?

But again, that's not a question we have asked. We asked you to show proof of $500k prize pool.
Your answer needs to be relevant to the question asked by someone from the community where you are promoting, not just a random answer which will be accepted.

What I see is an email id where you asked to make a query, complaint or notify for a security breach or a technical matter. Is this your explanation for the query asked by Vod?

The query was about the prize pool of $500k, not anything that you have mentioned.
