I think its time for OP (switchere) to update the original/first post to make it attractive, to be able to post photos by purchasing copper membership.
Buy a Coppermembership there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

The Copper title by default will not be shown, you have to wear it:
Once you have it, you get the choice:

I think its time for OP (switchere) to update the original/first post to make it attractive, to be able to post photos by purchasing copper membership. For those who are just now able to visit this thread, you will immediately see important details such as programs even if you do not go to the official website. I also saw that EOS, USDT, and XLM has been added to the crypto list. It is good to see that CIMB is also part of the Local bank payment of Asia.

This is what I do. I drink and I know things.

@OP: I just visit your site, it looks great, simple, and pretty easy to use. What I want to ask though is about the exchange rate. As I see you have 1BTC=10016.2€ when the price is ~9830€. This difference is because you include in your exchange rate the Processing fee (3.6%) and the Service fee (3.4%)?
Yeah, I made simple calculations and it seems the service fee and processing fee have an impact amount of crypto you will receive if you try to buy at the indicated exchange rate(I think the exchange rate already takes into consideration the slippage rates or that Buy and sell price gap)

I do the same calculations and fees look to be included in the exchange rate. I thought though to ask the OP to verify our simple math. Wink
Also, the blockchain fee (0.0005BTC) is the same with almost all exchangers and I suppose that is not included in the exchange rate.

Just visited the site for the first time and I'm surprised to see the fact that the service accepts Asian Local Bank.
It can be an alternative for Asian Bitcoiner to buy/sell bitcoin especially for Indonesian as I checked the Asian Banks listed there are mostly Indonesian Local Bank.
One suggestion, probably you need to be more competitive in term of the buy/sell rate.
I tried to put some amount on the Buy/Sell Crypto Instantly but the rate is lower compared to most local exchange here in my country.

I just visited the website too after noticed the signature campaign.
In addition to the question asked above by Condoras about the btc rate, i would also like to know more about the "CashBack" program offered for registered users. In the description of the program, it's mentioned that the Cashback is a percentage of the amount spent by your customers for sales, purchases, and exchange operations on the website, which will be paid back as a reward in the form of cashback earnings called SWR. This initially doesn't look as a clear description of the program. I want to know about the origin of those rewards, are they offered from the fees you imposed for different operations? what is the exact percentage you offer as cashback for one operation? and for how long you run this program? is it profitable as a kind of marketing promotion?

This combined looks interesting:

Supported payment methods:

  • No registration or verification for purchases up to 100 EUR

I don't think that this offer is still available since I don't see anything on the site.

Crypto Swap Exchange
Care to share the payment processor's name?
- Has a lot of countries on its "restricted list".

Found a small visual bug [it doesn't affect the 2nd step of conversion]:
  • The amount on "you get field" doesn't automatically change if you switch USD to EUR [or vice-versa] (in order for it to display correct amount, I have to retype in "you have field").

If I switch my coins into my national card, will money be converted into my local currency as well ? I heard about double conversion etc. Is this that case ?

We currently do not support crypto-to-fiat exchanges, only vice versa so if for example you want to purchase crypto using your local currency card and you choose either EUR or USD as a charge currency on our end, then your card will be charged in your local currency according to the exchange rate of your bank at the moment of the payment.

We will enable crypto-to-fiat exchanges though, it will be done a bit later so we can't share any details at this time. All info will be available upon the release of this functionality.

Hi, what are the fees for buying BTC through a credit card? and what are the withdrawal charges?

Thanks for the interest! What you see in the checkout as "You get" is the amount of crypto you will get to your wallet. What you see as "You have" is the amount you will pay for that crypti. Consider it as a final price, nothing extra will be charged. So we do not have separate fees for cards processing, all the fees are included inbto the final price which you see at checkout so if you are okay with that, go ahead and proceed with the purchase. There are no withdrawal charges as your crypto will be sent directly to your wallet after the purchase, you won't need to "withdraw" it as it is.  Wink
