As for copyright - it is not thought. I thought it was a free license.
But first sale will go on a shirt for the author graphics - I wrote to him not on the forum but in a private message.

I'll take a free shirt if the OP makes a success of selling them, that design is pretty much out in the wild and wouldn't have been possible had their being copyright attached to the "B"in the first place.
