BCB is surely doing not enough work for their system and bring good quality player which is also not positive for the game and their team even they have enough cricket to play but still quality is major concern for them.

Bangladesh have never done well in the T20 format. There is also no history where they have been successful in any big T20 tournament. Moreover, two opponents are strong in this tournament. I also believe that they won't win a single match. Because they don't have that quality batsman in their team. Their bowling side comparatively not so bad but very weak in batting.

Someone here said that it is very difficult to say in which format Bangladesh is batting. If you bat in the T20 format , you will never be able to accept test style batting. Bangladesh really doesn't understand how to play T20 cricket in my opinion. They need to realize that there are some priorities in a T20 match. First of all, the ratio of dot balls is really high for Bangladesh. You cannot have 4-5 overs of dot ball when the innings are only 20 overs long.

Another thing is you cannot stand there and hope for things to get better. The top 3 batsmen should understand that they need to try to maximize the power play, by not giving away wickets for free. And the lower-order finisher batsmen should understand that they will have to try to hit the ball for six. And they will get out from time to time. They will be unsuccessful a few times. But from a finisher, the team is not expecting a good average. The team is expecting a good strike rate.

The strike rate of Bangladesh batsmen are just horrible. Almost every bowler of Bangladesh had an economy over 6.5-7 which is absolutely unacceptable when the target is 138.
