I can't remember Bangladesh losing in such a way. If Bangladesh could have scored 150 runs, it seems that the game with Afghanistan would have intensified. But Bengal country is playing such a bad game which is beyond words. Mahmudullah scored 25 runs off 27 balls. If everyone had run out like him then Bangladesh would not have played like this. I don't think this is a very easy task. As it turns out it is a bowling pitch. So it is natural that there will be a low scoring match. 127 runs not an easy task especially in such a pitch. Where in the last match, a country like India was almost overwhelmed by the pressure of runs in a low scoring match. So any thing can be possible.IMO despite SL losing against Afghanistan, in recent times SL has shown a fair amount of improvement with their young team so I won't put their name in the same bracket as Bongs.

Among the batsmen, I have noticed players such as Rahmanullah Gurbaz (IPL, SLPL, PSL & BPL) and Najibullah Zadran (CPL, PSL, SLPL, BPL, GLT20.etc) participating in the T20 leagues. A lot of young Afghan players are now part of the franchise leagues. And unlike the other cricket boards, the Afghan board doesn't create any issue for their players regarding NOC and other formalities. They understand that these players don't have much of a chance to get match practice at home. Also, the central contracts are not worth as much as what it is in some of the other countries.
They are doing a better job so far considering they hardly play cricket continuously. Still, at the same time in the next decade they need to beat top teams on a regular basis too, and not just when conditions are favorable to them but in alien conditions too. Bongbros are just freefalling and it seems they don't have any answers.

Agreed. It feels great to see Afghanistan improving in the T-20 format in this manner. Bangladesh were wiped out thanks to a late blitz by Zadran which was epic. It looks like AFG is the new BAN these days.According to me, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka were in the same scale. A small difference in score is being found and look at the scoring pattern. The last order brought little runs to make it 100+ runs. Think of Bangladesh, if Mosaddek Hossain hadn't taken those runs then the team could've ended the innings in the same way as Sri Lanka does.
At this point, Bangladesh looks like a better team for me. The presence of Shakib definitely gives them a boost. But other players need to step up, especially in the top order.
