Scotland did bat well in this match. Making a total of around 180 against the Australian bowlers wasn't easy and they did it. I heard one of the commentators saying that Scotland played very well in the first 10 overs and were short of 10-15 runs in the next 10 overs. I would not believe this because making this score is itself an achievement for the Australians. Think they are playing against a nation that has won so many ODI and T20 world cups.

For a moment i thought the same that Australia may take some Ashes revenge by not letting England qualify to the Super 8s and they give full chance to Scotland but the Scotland team dropped so many catches. If they had held even half of them, I think Scotland would have qualified to the Super 8s very easily, but not to be.
