I wouldn't say the target was small. 179 on this pitch was a big enough target. I expected better bowling from Pakistani bowlers. New Zealand batsmen have performed very well. New Zealand collected 56 runs from the first wicket pair. New Zealand lost the second wicket by 94 runs. On the other hand, Pakistan's top order played very poorly. The team lost three wickets to collect 46 runs.

Pakistan are not playing well on their home ground. Lost 2 out of 4 matches and won only 1. Despite having a lot of quality and experienced players in the Pakistan squad, the team is not doing well.

Pakistan team basically did not perform well from the beginning, if they could have performed well from the beginning of the game then surely it would have been possible to win in the last minute. But later on the pressure of the wickets and the violins, the Pakistan team was completely compressed, in any case it is regrettable that they had to lose by just 4 runs. today a brilliant performance by New Zealand and won this game by just 4 runs they gave the target of 179 to pakistan. Robinson made fifty an excellent spell by abbas afridi takes 3 wickets in three overs. but pak team made only 175 in 20 overs. fakhar zaman played excellent innings of 61 runs but unlucky to finish match for his team. pak lost wickets early in powerplay which put pressure on them in last over 18 runs required but imad wasim failed to chased. 6 run needed on last ball makes the game more interesting excellent performance by new Zealand team their B team was playing and they lead the series by 2-1

179 was not a very big target. New Zealand won only because of their bowlers. Jacob Duffy was expensive early on, but then William O’Rourke and Ben Sears managed to turn things around for the Kiwis. Shahbaz Ahmed batted really well against Delhi Capitals. He made 59 runs from 29 balls. Against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, he made 40 runs, at a run a ball. And this was a match where the required run rate was more than 10. Pat Cummins came in at no.8 and returned with a strike rate of more than 200. IMO, Cummins could have come ahead of Shahbaz. But then the management decided in favor of Shahbaz after his performance against DC. By the time Cummins got out, it was all over.

NZ batsmen have done a good job and now there bowlers are doing good job. Pakistan in deep trouble as they have lost three key wickets in power play and score is 48. NZ are very much in control of the match at the moment and Pakistan need someone to bat exceptionally well to get team out of this troubled situation. Shadab Khan and Fakhar Zaman are batting at the moment and all eyes on this pair to perform something for the country.
