Comilla Victorians gave a target of 155 runs to Fortune Barishal in the final of BPL. Excellent final over from Saifuddin helped FB to restrict CV under 160. Russell looked dangerous, but the last over was too good from Saifuddin. He conceded 7 runs in that over. Overall, a commending bowling performance from the FB bowlers. Victorians should have sent Russell up the order before Jaker Ali for those extra 20 or 30 runs they are desperately lacking.

Tamim and Mehidy played positive cricket, gave FB a quick start and put the pressure back on the CV. Just when the CV was looking to come back in the game after Mehidy's wicket, Kyle Mayers took Russell to the cleaners and scored 21 runs in the 15th over, ending the game for CV.
