That is right Zimbabwe is getting better recently which is surprising. They did good job playing against Afghanistan especially since they won one game. But it is surprising to see Afghanistan not playing well. They should have been able to beat Zimbabwe easily. Although we always consider Afghanistan as favourites, especially in T20 Afghanistan are much more favorites than Bangladesh and Zimbabwe, but Zimbabwe have some bowlers who have quite good skills.

Blessing Muzarabani can bowl well, Sikandar Raja can bowl well enough part time. Moreover, Richard Ngarava's bowling skills are quite good, so sometimes if their combination is good, an unexpected incident can happen against any team. Having 200 runs in T20I is never been guaranteed to win game because now we have drastic changes and batsmen can hit badly as in this game Reeza Hendrick's 113 from 63 balls were game changer and Pakistan is missing this while they are on batting in both games, no consistent hitting from them even poor strike rate which cost them a lot even good development in PSL but Pakistani players are still not able to compete with big teams in T20I, they are badly going down in last 8 matches they have 2 wins and 6 defeats which are surely not near their standard unlike how they were few years back.

I can't blame bowlers because now many rules and things are favouring batsmen so they needed to work on their approach for having few good all-rounders and hard hitters for this format instead of going with average players like Mohammad Rizwan who is not able to give anything positive.

The match was really close, and in the end Afghanistan pulled it through.
