Yeah, If we leave out Wriddhiman Saha and Vijay Shankar then there are too many match winners in this team and the middle order is packed with heavyweights who can win matches singlehandedly.

GT's management even manages Saha beautifully at the top and he seems to play the opener role quite efficiently despite his limitations.

Delhi Capitals gave a good target to Gujarat Titans but their balling attack was a bit weak and they couldn't take wickets as a result gujrat titans won the match .

Sai Sudharsan is batting well with only six runs left to reach his half century. I think he should survive and David Miller's strike rate should be higher in the current situation. A while ago I thought they were going to lose the way their wickets fell but sai sudharsan's batting performance has taken gujarat titans a long way. The difference between the required run rate and the current run rate I don't think will factor much at the moment as they already have 6 wickets to spare. At the end I am going to select Gujarat Titan for betting today.

Delhi Capitals have given a target of just 163 runs on a completely batting-friendly pitch. Personally I don't think Delhi is going to win this match. Because in the first match, I saw the excellent batting of Gujarat Titans batsmen against Chennai. Gujarat Titans collected 30 runs in 3 overs. But they lost the crucial wicket of opener Wriddhiman Saha. If Gujarat don't lose wickets too quickly, they will be able to easily reach the target of victory in today's match.

I am from Pakistan but we always enjoy Hindi commentary like when they say " gend sema rekha sa paar (ball out of the boundary ". IPL is where the whole world comes United for cricket so its obvious that energies are high for that tournament.

DC after losing there opening game against LSG are now playing against Gujrat. Gujrat have got the danger aka David Warner out on 37 runs. Rilee Rossouw out on first ball and score is 68 after end of 9 overs. DC projected score right now is 170, which is not enough from IPL perspective.

You are making it sound like he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Management is backing him because of his performance in all 3 formats, he's 23 and has tons in every format so it's good.

But yeah i agree with the grouping argument. I guess the problem is senior players just don't want to retire or leave any format and as result, the new generation just warming the bench. I am just hoping that management would break this cycle for the T-20 format. We have seen how they left out Rohit-KL and Kohli from the squad in the recent T-20 series.

I saw a lot people predicting (including me) yesterday that LSG would comfortably defeat CSK. Well the opposite happened yesterday. I won't say CSK were able to defeat LSG comfortably but still they won. I won't predict the outcome of today's game but I won't deny GT are favourite. I would like to see some hard hitting by Prithvi Shaw &, Sarfaraz Khan. These two have been the star of domestic cricket. They both failed in the first match against LSG.

Shubman Gill is someone with powerful backers. He can't be grouped in the same category as Rahul Tripathi or Ruturaj Gaikwad.

Gill is a good batter, he does take a little time to settle but after that he will only stop after scoring at least a half century. If Gaikwad continues with his form then I have a gut feeling that he will be part of the ODI squad. For T20 he might replace Ishan Kishan as a opener with Gill. Kishan's performance has been going down consistently.
