Another blow for Pakistan team just before this crucial match as another fast bowler Shahnawaz is unfit and Muhammad Hasnain will be replacing him. Hasnain just cleared his action after being reported in BBL. Naseem shah is doing good job after getting chance in place of Shaheen. I guess Pakistan is weak today.

Jadeja is out for India too. He is a crucial part of the team.

Kohli is under pressure to score runs thats why he is not playing his natural game. Against Pakistan he score 35 runs but on 34 balls, that's not Kohli way of batting. Babar Azam has scored 19 runs in last two games and surly he will be looking to score some runs today. Odds are in favor of India but in T20I its very hard to predict specially when the opponent is Pakistan.

About odds many are claiming, but I just check and India is clearly favorite with the odds at @1.62 and Pakistan is at @2.20 which mean India has better chance of win this match.

Organizers of the Asia Cup played it very nicely to set up at least 2 Ind vs Pak fixtures and potentially a 3rd too if both teams manage to reach the finals.

Ideally, it should've been a knockout format after the group stage like the semifinals but who cares as long as they are making this profitable.

In order to focus on Tests and ODIs, Mushfiqur Rahim has decided to retire from T20I cricket. I think it's dumb that he's retiring from t20 just before the world cup. There is a need for Bangladesh's senior players to step up and win matches for the team, but the form he has shown in T20Is is also disturbing. So, thanks a lot for everything. I think you do not understand the format of Super 4. All four teams will play each other and the top two will qualify for the final. Afghanistan can win the next two matches and still stand the chance of going to the finals BUT...the next two matches they have to play with Pakistan and India.
Although anything can happen in the T20 matches, I still think Pakistan and India should qualify for the finals as both of them are the most experienced teams.

Today is a big match between India and Pakistan, The winner today is likely to move ahead in the tournament because both these teams have the capability to beat Srilanka and Afghanistan in their next matches. We are going to have another thrilling Sunday evening.

I don't think the Afghanistan target was adequate. At least Afghanistan's batsmen should have collected more than 185. If they had set a target of 185, the win would not have been easy for Sri Lanka. Because every run is very important in T20 format. Apart from Rahamanullah Gurbaz, no other batsman has batted well. Although Ibrahim Zadran scored 40 runs, he scored 40 runs off 38 balls. Had he not wasted so many balls, Afghanistan could have easily collected 200.

The first match between India vs Pakistan was very competitive. However, Pakistan could not give a big target by batting first. The performance of the batsmen was very bad. But Pakistani bowlers have done very well. But unfortunately, they were defeated. The outcome of the matches depends a lot on the toss. I would say that the matches are really interesting to watch and full of thrill and excitement. Though teams are winning through chasing but they have to work hard for it.

Of course it doesn't mean you automatically win the match, but the advantage is so big that I think it shouldn't be acceptable in international cricket. Wnning the toss at Dubai is half the battle, the data backs that up. I think something like last 15 of 16 matches have been won by the chasing team, and that is I think almost always the the toss winning team. The trend usually changes against weak teams.
