Virat kohli is playing more like a test cricket player in recent matches slowly and slowly runs and balls almost same and Rohit Sharma performance was poor . In T20 you have to perform quickly and aggressively and make runs for your team you don't have time and balls to waste.
If you are looking for an aggressive and spontaneous player in Indian team that's him indeed.

Due to Pakistan Women's bad batting they had to lose the match. In the match Ireland Women batsmen played very well and Pakistan Women lost all the wickets of Ireland Women. Congratulations to Ireland women team . I was little busy today for that I missed that match . So it's a win for Ireland women today, they no doubt played exceptionally great what a tremendous batting 167 runs 4 wickets in 20 ov. Gaby Lewis played an outstanding innings of 71 (46 balls) runs and declared player of the match .
On other hand Pakistan didn't perform today They got all out on 133 runs and 18.5 overs. Today they couldn't take pressure of Ireland ballers .

This is all because of the cricket board. From the very beginning there is discrimination between the men's cricket and women's cricket. It can be in salary, the matches, coaching, etc. Atleast now they've got opportunity to play more leagues like IPL. This itself a positive thing. Cricket boards need to give equal importance. However it is common to see similar things with majority of the games including football where men will be celebrated.
