Already they have given some time for keeping coins in the MEW wallet. I think the last date to move the TaaS coin to MEW is August 4th. In what basis they are going to paying the dividends nobody doesn't know until we get further information from the company.

Hard to follow instructions is it? If you keep your TaaS on Liqui at the moment of payout, you will lose your profit share, simple. The only exchange that does suppor the profit share is Livecoin.
After this expecting distribution of dividends TaaS is going to make successful come back and we will see more active thread and new people coming here. This dividends sharing will work like an agent of confidence restoring though many people are staying from the day first by TaaS.

Not really. Under Modigliani-Miller's assumptions, a shareholder would equally prefer dividends or value appreciation. The book Brigham and Ehrhardt's Financial Management - Theory and Practice can give a good overview about it.

TaaS just went to the moon
lol $2.52 is not exactly what I'd consider moon. I expect $5 - $10 this year. If it'll be past $12 I' start calling it moon. 
I doubt it can go much further than its NAV. NAV tends to attract the price in the long term.
