You are getting that error because you don't have enough ETH to send the transaction. You must have ETH on your account to push the tx

you need some gas for move your tokens, some fraction of ETH is sufficient.

You can post the exact error here for us to check it out.As Jack said you may not have funded your wallet with sufficient ETH.

To answer your question: yes! It is planned; of course. While I can't provide you a deadline (we are really busy with a lot of other priorities right now); we are looking forward to the making of an up-to-date landing page; removing all the "ICO" content out of the way and putting everything as clear as possible to the public.
A community website is being put together as well; so stay tuned!

I've contacted the TaaS team on several occassion. They don't care what is happening. Nor will do anything about the things that are going on. Remember they are fraudster themself

I need immediate access to the final bounty spreadsheet. Can taas team do something on that? I have an information and i think jamal could erase all the evidence that may helped the community a lot.. You should act as you hired him for your campaign.
Yes, lack of transparency is the worst problem. Waiting few days or weeks is no problem, provided that you know what and how much you will receive and whether the amount is fair (as combined). Please open the spreadsheet!

I'll try to answer all of your concerns with the best of my capacity.
I would first like to state that Jamal does not have access to any funds; whatsoever. He is the person in charge of handling/putting all the information about the programs together but all the transactions are made by the executive team.
I'll repeat myself: we have no gain/profits/interest/reasons to keep the tokens that were allocated to the bounties and we will make sure they all go to their rightful claimer. If you didn't get the bounty that you are entitled to get; please be patient as we continue to process the information and work everything out.
We are doing everything in our power right now to deal with this situation and we will keep you updated as it progress.

As you said 700+ transaction is actually in the transfers queue, there is no way to prove that if this is really a truth,unless we find them in the block explorer. Or ask taas dev for providing some screenshot from his side that will actually show some queue transaction.
I can understand you only can help us with some information and answers,but that is not enough for controlling the crowd as they're really messed up with all this bounty.If you have some update regarding the bounty please let us know asap.

I don't know what is the internal reason for closing the spreadsheet many people are confusing about who got paid and who is going to be paid.
Really this makes a lot of confusion going around Participants and the manager.
