It was not their fault, it was the manager's fault, he did not fulfill the responsibility, although he was in trouble because there were so many brand new tries to cheat on him, however. He used a long time and did not finish work. He is not really a good manager.

I've posted this instruction weeks ago. and I've added this instruction in signature campaign spreadsheet as well, because I thought if someone miss that from the bounty thread, he must notice that from the sheet..

I think bounty should be paid in several rounds starting with signature bounty and then other bounties.
Signature bounty should also be paid to 100 participants daily.

Guys, lets just wait and give them some more time to finalize the bounty and everything. Things may not always go as per plan and we need to be ready for anything. This is not fair to blame a signature campaign manager for delay distrbution.It was clearly mentioned by Taas that bounties will be distributed after audit is finished. It is not delayed because spreadsheet was not ready.
