How will exchanges be able to payout to each individual? Can you please brief this,Since there will be lot of tokens traded per day and also wont the gas price be borne by the exchanges to transfer all these to each and single individual?

It is not guaranteed sir, AFAIK, profit token won't be listed on Poloniex because there is legal issues. So never there. But bittrex and kraken are good choices too.
