I read it and the author seems to have made considerable effort to write such an analysis. However, as mentioned in previous posts, Pysarenko publicly shows that he is the co-founder of Bitup in his Linkedin profile. So, from what I understand, this information was never hidden. Also, it's still not clear to me why Bitup is named a scam.

I'm not saying TaaS should be blindly trusted. But, this report is 32 pages long and seems to have taken a long time to produce. Why is all this information released just now, 5 days before the ICO end?

Who is IcoAlert? Does anybody know him? Does he have any public profile in Linkedin, Facebook or anywhere else? I couldn't find anything.

This could be a sophisticated FUD attempt. In any case, I'm expecting a detailed reply from the TaaS team.

I researched about Icoalert. I didn't found any public profile of the owner of telegram and slack etc. so no chance to chat with him live. but there is a email address listed in their website. you may contact using that.

fud is always there. if i were to fud, it doesn't have to be 32 pages actually, i would assume that 32 pages was produced by someone who paid more than 5 btc. the ico is almost over so its no use this time, they should have provide it since day 1.

I can see lots of negativity have been spread here. and lots of people are worrying about their investment. it is really a thing to worry.
TaaS team must be active in this time and try to justify things.
TaaS reaction?
Someone from Taas should come and respond to the fuds.Although it is no use to argue with them but it will give some relieve to Taas supporters.

THEY WILL COME LATER JUST TO CHANGE THE TITLE TO [4300+ BTC RAISED] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [JOIN ICO] , AND LEAVE.

are you a dumb investor fudding the own investment or did you just get around to fud because you didn't manage to a project which raised more than 4000 BTC?

I wouldn't mind if people are calling it as scam, there is no proper evidence and all is just some kind of opinion based on connections
that are not too relevant. The amount collected which I believe a big amount already will prove that only few haters and majority are believers.

Why no use? Most of us are investors, we won't benefit for spreading fake negative news.

Even some reassurance that they will not pay off bitup investors with our money will do for now.

I am in their telegram. and in telegram Taas team is replying and they've just said that the are prepering a statement regarding this issue and will post it tonight sometime.
so keep patience friends.

Things are going as planned and enlisting of exchanges is clear now after seeing update on social media that 11 May is the day when trading with Taas will be kicked off. Taas is one of the highly appreciated project and after get opened on exchanges will also attract new investors which will join the convey later.

From Bittrex slack:

https://i.imgur.com/8WoM97n.jpg

So Taas cofounders left BitUp, a crypto ponzi scheme with fake partnerships, in January

Taas could still be legit though

Seriously, for the guy laughing at the 35% annual return I'm sad for him. We're in the explosing crypto world, returns are way higher than in the traditional world.

Last month alone I've made 40% on my PTF (500% annualized). This month I'm on track for 70%. Maybe I did some good choices but I have the feeling that if I had just bought everything and hold the result would be very high as well. People are becoming rich in very short periods of time. This sound scammy in a 7% a year stock market, but not in a young and explosing industry like this one.

For me Bitup is basically a crowdsource loan with high interest rate so that the owners can trade cryptos.

There is no proof it is a ponzi. And yes it is risky to invest in these kind of company that obviously are doing a poor job at bringing confidence to their clients (the fake partnership is just very dumb), and it wwould require more than 35% annually IMO. But don't call it a scam if you don't have a proof.

This guy 'ICO Alert', is just presenting the fact that BitUp is a ponzi as a widely accepted one, this is just dishonnest. I think people taking investment advices from a teenager with 30 ETH-equivalent invested in the crypto world are the real fools here.

And nobody is explaining how a closed end fund with public trading activity can be a ponzi... How does it work technically? Taas guys will make huge profit from their 25% fees on returns, no need to stole money from their customers and ruin their reputaion. The fees are very high, and it is kind of an indication as well. No need to put such a high fee if you're a scammer and just want to run with the money.

Konstantin , vice president of Taas also member of Bitup
So you guys left scam 1 = Bitup to start another ponzi = Taas scam 2
You guys left in january as the signature campaign and marketing for Taas has started long before
so you did not want to be associated with Bitup ( As a mark that we are not connected with them which you can say to investors at later stage )
TAAS ANN was launched on February 02, 2017, 08:25:56 PM

Left in Jan and Started TaaS ANN on Feb
with your vice-president who is also a member of Bitup and he also left in Jan
so that means you planned this before than said bye bye to bitup and made taas

Evidence is all over the place

You can see the the founder and vice-president are associated with Bitup .
This is being done for the investors welfare or we don't give a fuck if you get scammed and lose your money for giving it to scammer
