Taas and humaniq are the best two ICO to invest now, this kind of projects deserve an attention from big investors, expect a lower price when it hits the exchange.

I think it would be a good idea to be ready once it hits the exchange to buy more TaaS in case people are selling below the ICO price. Good initiative.

Taas is my favorite one in April, not only the fund project is quite popular, but also the team is very reliable, handsome team members.   Grin

1) If I buy from Livecoin.net, the Taas token will be stored in my account in Livecoin.net?

2) May I know how do you payout the quarterly profit to me if my account is with Livecoin.net?

3) If someone sell the token a day before payout, whoever buy the token will get the profit?

4) Since Taas token is ETH, can I create a new ETH wallet in Keepkey and send the token over from Livecoin.net?

1. Yes, it will be stored on the exchange.

2. We are figuring out the solution with exchanges at the moment, as we have several options and will reach consensus soon.

3. Whoever owns the token at the moment of payout gets the profit.

4. Will have to double check about Keepkey but if the wallet supports ERC20 tokens, TaaS may be stored there.

3. actually means that before every payout we will see a big pump in this coin and a big dump right after ppl get dividents. a time holding system would be better but probably harder to do
but we could imagine it like this: if you pay dividents every 120days, we could calculate number of total stakes: total coin supplyx120
than if I hold 10k tokens without moving it i will get 10kx120 stakes and I still get the same % like if I bought it right before your distribution

I thought the same about a possible pump a few moments before payday. ( Moment = hours, days, one week, etc. )

Number 3) is a good question that would be nice to be answered.

For the rest, from what I saw from their FAQ ( http://taas.fund/faq.html#faq ), I noticed the following :

23 - How does the smart contract know where to send the funds? Do the tokens have to be in a wallet to get paid?

Payout is done quarterly in the form of ETH directly to your TaaS token address. Tokens may be stored at taas.fund wallet or at myetherwallet.

Can we start asking some questions about how they plan on making money with the TaaS fund to benefit investors?
Its beginning to look scary with everyone constantly saying how TaaS will be great but no one asking why.

What sort of credentials or portfolios has the TaaS team have to show that they are capable of managing such a large fund?

I would also like to know that. TaaS, you now have a large fund, how are you going to invest/trade? Will you hire people to do this or do it yourself? If the latter is true, who will take on this task from your team?

Lets see what u need to manage 3K btc fund. Access to the internet and keyboard. Ah and mouse. That is all u need to lock ur funds into a personal wallet or put them into a mixer if u are a paranoid, and after its anonymized a bit, put them into ur wallet. This was their aim from the get-go. Since bitcoin weights zero it makes no difference to them how much btc to run away with.

I've read the white paper regarding their investment methodology, and yes they've made some good points. While no solid plan was laid out, it may still be worth it to at least give them a try.

Regarding the trading, I suppose they're gonna base the trading on algorithms, predictions on price movements and that.

Portfolio distribution will reflect market conditions. Our strategy is set to take mid-to-long term positions, mostly participating in the cyclical growth of altcoins markets. Bitcoin's price behavior is at the focus of our attention, as well as technical position of altcoins charts. TaaS will also participate in ICOs.
