I don't understand why cell phone number required to activate the 2FA even Google Authentication is best available choice to make secure if they really required. I'm afraid to give my personal details to participate in this ICO.

It looks like too much web traffic and registration from ICO participants causing email confirmation error in the system.

Had this same thought today. By having a view only API key from exchanges (without a time delay) you are basically showing all your trades so you can't average in (and basically get punished from other faster/more knowledgeable traders or bots).
This shows how little thought was put into it and their whole service which is based on trading/investing of what seems like it's coming from a bunch of amateurs.

Hello, I don't really understand de dashboard..
- why I can write the amount to invest on the dashboard? I understand from it that we will first send our btc to the Taas wallet, and second we can buy coins right ? Can we send btc already then ??
-can I send my btc from exchange like Kraken ? if there will be no min. cap then no refund so I suppose Yes.
- iss it necessary to give all this info about my bank adress ?
