I dunno.. think about it. people buy TaaS just before payout... then get their Eth. drop TaaS and spend their bitcoin all over the place for 3 months then buy TaaS again. no loyalty. How does it help the coin? If however there was POS v3 like Bitbean, there would be incentive to hold the coin, earn TaaS, secure the network and ensure loyalty.
No need to shill Bitbean here. TaaS is a token on Ethereum, and as such doesn't require token holders to secure the network as you mentioned. It's a free market. If you think TaaS dumps too much after the ETH payout, then you should just buy it up, and wait for the next pump when, as you say, it's price will go up again. You can even make a pretty penny doing this. Of course, this won't work in the real world, because markets aren't predictable like that.

TaaS needs to integrate an anti-dump measure like rewards for holding TaaS for longer time periods. Maybe integrate POS V3 into TaaS so everyone will hold on to it and really drive the price up.
i think that's not necessary. over time price will rise up, besides these dump are good for accumulating cheap taas. Nice to see an announcement from Taas team on the 3rd payout.

Why not lose dividend during this payout and buy during the dump and gain more dividend for the next quarter? Unless we have a measure with this pump/dump for every payout it's not gonna stop.

Yes, many people will start selling the coin after they got dividends from the company and the price of TaaS coin will be held in between 7 to 8$. By next year this it will reach to more than 20$.
Some will sell but that is good opportunity for TaaS holders to get more tokens and cheaper price.

I think they conducted ICO in the month of the April and collected enough amount in the ICO, after the ICO what they promised in the ICO they have paid dividends two times and in the month February it is going be third dividends.

If the payout is as high as some people suggested, then I dont think it will drop as far as I would like to see it drop.
