I think you can't go wrong with holding. You could buy more coins during the dip though, if you've got the cash.
When the market is falling i simply just sell off my portfolios and buy USD Tether that fluctuates minimally during highly volatile periods.Hodling sometimes is just too heart breaking especially as i watched a significant amount of wiped off my portfolio. The USDT method has helped me a great deal in the last couple of weeks.
It was necessary to get out of the market a month ago, now the only working tactic is HODL and buy more
HODL through the crash! My strategy just now is to buy more of the coins I'm holding that are furthest from their ATH...
I think the best strategy for now is to hold on for a long time at the least. Either that or buy more coins low

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

Create your own strategy. Dont be greedy, ensure you have liquidity to enter with in case extreme volatility. If experienced, short with margin 
just stay i thw wait for the roof hit price to buy again and hold for a while, next step i would to see around new projects to invest not only money but time and effort to make and build an good portfolio for future use

I am also quite a newbie here, but I believe all the crypto power won't let crypto down. Its just a temporary phenomenon, certainly later this year it goes up to unimaginable heights

I think you are too late to stop because the market price is too far, you better hold what you have and buy lots of cheap altcoin potentially then take a little profit to cover your losses I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so.
