It is a really good advice, because I did not take the rest from crypto currencies for almost two years from now on. I am checking the stats every single day, without even noticing how much time I am investing into this.

You have a point but let me pin point something to you, is it not worth it the risks you've done I mean look where you are now, cause what I believe is I will fight there is no break until I made it, We can have a break but for me its more of an take your time to something, cause we cant have our things we want in just a glimpse of an eye, so trying it harder without exhausting your self and body, and trust the process, and trust God.
In aspect of altcoin and investing, what i believe is the same when you needed something when you want to prove something or get something there is no such thing as break, for me time is Gold. We can try other things it is depend on how the person know and manage his/her time.
Conclusion part is that crypto world is very complicated day and night we need to monitor the prices because there are things that we might somehow missed.
I don’t think it’s worth taking a vacation and throwing an investment if you are an investor or quit participating in a bounty companies if you are a bounty hunter, because you will lose a lot of time and maybe you will lose a good profit, because you just need to approach everything wisely and spend as much time as you will not mind in the cryptocurrency and exactly those funds that you are not afraid to lose.
Based on what I understand from OP's statement is that sometimes people should take a break if things do not go well on their side, it doesn't mean that you will go on vacation and forget about crypto instead you are taking a break so you can have time to think about the things you did wrong and come back fresh with the right state of mind.

People don't need to take a break when they keep repeating same mistakes over and over, they need to learn and change their strategy, something is causing the failure, if you are not learning from your mistakes you will remain in same spot, break is not the answer, learning is the answer Take a break!

Indeed, we should take a break if we feel that crypto is too difficult for us. Studying or re-analyzing is a logical choice so that we can study the mistakes we make and correct them. With experience and also re-learning, I think we will get up and make a profit

If you are in crypto sphere, taking a break for a few days throws you back a few days, so you should not sleep at night. The gap reminds each trade that some pieces are not. You are right what you say about the bounty hunter or the manager, but we can not relate it to trade. Take a break!

investors might gains with different ways as appealing uses with chance as release from the market and developer helps of one as fine to match with following stages as decision on entrance to work on reference as preparing plan on projects to put with funds and expends to work with terms of completion.
You shouldn't take a break in whatever you believed in. Taking a break is like not believing in crypto anymore. You keep pushing harder and harder. Those that quit when bitcoin was $3k are regretting it now cos the miss the opportunity to invest then. Although the market seems unfavorable to us all. We shouldn't relax, rather we should come up with another tactics or strategy to trade or do bounties
yes everyone definitely needs a break because it is a process of refreshing our brains, muscles and spirituality, but for those who never give up it is difficult because they will try it until it works whether it's ICO, IEO or bounty manager, once again we humans there must be a saturation point where everything in our eyes will feel bland, therefore I agree with your opinion you start to rest or you take time for your family not to keep staring at the monitor all day.

That is actually what I am doing whenever I always ended up always losing in trading. There's a positive side of taking a break. This is to analyze my previous mistakes, rest for a while to recalculate, to realize which areas I have been weak, what technical side did I read it wrong.
Sometimes, if we think it isn't working optimistically for us. Give space to yourself for a while. It really helps because it doesn't necessarily mean that we are giving up. Hence, we are just giving ourself a refreshment.

This is a good advice. Not many people would give me this advice. A lot of people would normally tell us to try one more time, to make it better the next time around, to be more careful in choosing the next project to invest or to promote, and so on. But perhaps you are right, take a little time to give yourself a nice break, away from the toxic projects and coins. But make sure that before you take a break, you sell all of those shitcoins you have and leave only the solid ones.
This business has a lot of factor to deal with. Ive been with cryptocommunity sometime and I can say that this is just a temporary set back. Not all the time, we can earn from doing such promotions and campaign marketing here. Let's just enjoy the habit of contributing to the community. Yes there are many scams on ICO and IEO isn't that exciting that we need to use our brain to differentiate which is which? I guess that's an experience a hunter must have.
100% agree here,,, I think we should continue in this space as contributors, continuously doing our best to help others and spread the education of crypto and discussions. It is not just all about profit, and when we just work and contribute as normal, the industry will grow stronger, without us even knowing. Then when the good times comes, we can all enjoy it in together.

I have been resting for more than 4 months, doing nothing. not buying, not investing and not too active in bounty campaign. and now I'm very bored. since I left, nothing has changed at all. the market is still falling, there are still many scammers here, and more projects are failing in the market. I think istiharat is not too helpful, you will only be more disappointed when you return to the market later.
The market now is recovering the only thing that is not moving is those project who make the IC. its hard for them to recover since we know that there are no real demands of the token created for the ICO its only for thier project .and if the project failed to make the development it will never move higher . Seriously? this is a bad advice IMO, every time i decide to take a break from something either because i keep failing over and over or i just get tired of it that is the best time i always miss out, no , as a bounty hunter i have quit promoting any project i see but i am always on watch for good projects, many have passed me this year, its not going to happen again Take a break!

Been actively trying to hustle crypto as a side job doing mining, bounty hunting, attempting to day trade, staying updated with crypto news websites, learning how to code Solidity for Ethereum, and so many other things. What do I have to show for it? I now have 1 BITCOIN. All worth it, I believe.
