i got a message on telegram saying do tasks to receive money and for the first 5 tasks done they give you 20 usdt from these addresses TQrY8tryqsYVCYS3MFbtffiPp2ccyn4STm and TJqwA7SoZnERE4zW5uDEiPkbz4B66h9TFj when i searched them on this site found this tread. After the 5 tasks they will ask you to buy a package from 3 different ones: 38usdt, 58usdt or 80usdt the values im not sure but around this amount. Then when doing the tasks they will take your money and to get back your own money you have to pay that amount again. The scam is complicated just wanted to share how come these 2 wallets both have 100 M $ i don't understand.
99.9999999(9)% of offers to earn cryptocurrencies in Telegram from strangers is scam.
You should not think that you are the lucky one who got lucky.
In Russia there are a lot of scams with renting messenger accounts, when you are offered to rent your account for 10 dollars an hour.
You give permission for another device to connect to your account, then the scammers send out scam offers and delete correspondence with you.

One moment if it is related to fraud, but some scammers send invitations to join banned organizations by the government in the Russian Federation, and for such a crime you can get a big prison sentence.

if someone get scammed by this, they 100% deserve it.
trying to steal someone else coins, only to end up getting scammed yourself. greed and stupidity truly have no limits.

Absolutely right.
That's why I have said from beginning that it's only a greedy person that gets scammed easily. However, this type of scam is no longer new anymore because I have also seen this same pattern of scam elsewhere on social media. And if am not mistaken, this kind of thread have also been created but I can't find the it because u have forgotten the topic already.
This is kind of a scam whereby the scammer will post his seed phrase (as the OP said) and asked for other users assistance to guide him/her on how to withdraw (meanwhile it's a lie). And when a greedy person important the seed phrase to his wallet and sees the amount of money on it, he or she will be tempted to steal it. And the person who imported the seed phrase on his device will deposit some amount of Tron thinking he can withdraw the money on the imported wallet. Meanwhile he can't because it's a multiple signature wallet, so they can only see what inside but an not access it.
it's not multisig ,it's account with transferred ownership. why you write smth having no clue about it

Notice that it takes approximately 1 minute for everything that goes in, to go out.

I am not an expert on TRON, in fact I 've no idea about its network nor its tokens, but the scam must happen with some kind of smart contract, if there are smart contracts on TRON.

no smart contract is involved here. most likely, it's just a simple bot running a node.js script using tronweb.
it simply monitors the address, and when any TRX coins are received, it automatically sends them to a random storage address controlled by the scammer.

Maybe you can tell me how to send them to Binance? In simple and understandable words."

i checked the address, and in just 62 days, it has received over 100,000 TRX.
at the current market rate that's $31,760. this scam is too good.

if i see this all right and it's hd wallet seed then you really can withdraw this knowing web3 . In both cases you mention. first you can make raw tx yourself where sender and payer will be different so gas coins will not land to this address at all(it's not that easy as it sounds). Second : you can't just send tokens to someone like you sending coins aka main tokens of the blockchain. You need a web3 script which will interact with token contract so you'll receive request from it whatever you approve this tx or not(words will be slightly different). so you need to write this script then run web page with it and then go to this page. Only then you'll finally do the transfer(from say  subwallet, those approval request will appear there also. And it'll not be usual request "you're about to send .. Agree yes/no", you'll have this one also later hehe). they do not own usdt contract so can't do much to stop you.

edit:
after some research

So, essentially they give the seed phrase, so if anyone imports it in their wallet and -for some reason- they send coins, they can immediately withdraw them, correct?
It's not for "some reason" actually, on EVM-compatible blockchains like TRON and some other blockchains offering smart contracts and tokens, you need gas to send tokens from an address to another one. So even if you import the wallet, you won't be able to use the USDTs to pay anything if there is not enough gas. So after importing the seed "victims" send TRX to the address of the USDTs in order to be able to have enough gas to use the Tethers. When hackers (or their bots) see someone has sent TRX to the address they just withdraw it to another address belonging to them, and the victim loses those coins.
Yeah, this what is happening. This scam has became popular with Ethereum before and those that thought they're on a jackpot that a naive guy have shared his seeds and has got some USDT on that account will be able to transfer it quickly. But little did they know, there's already a smart contract that automatically sends any gas fee or amount sent on that address before they even realize that it's gone on an instant. Or as said by khaled lock through a multi sig wallet and the scammer can move freely anytime it wishes too while the victim have no way of moving it.

In the second variant, as here, there is a restriction on sending tokens by other users via a smart contract. So you won't be able to send coins from the wallet even if you know the seed phrase.
In fact, the coins in this case are not locked by a smart contract. The thing is that this wallet is a multi-sig wallet which means you need at least two private keys/seeds to be able to move the coins.

If you import this wallet into TrustWallet, for example, and click on receive/send it will show you a warning not to send coins to this address! They even have an article explaining how this honeypot scam works. You can check it here:
https://community.trustwallet.com/t/trust-wallet-adds-a-scam-prevention-update-aimed-at-tron-multi-sig-scams/534456

Thank you for the helpful information!

I suggest everyone check out the link to my old thread in the first post. 51500 transactions

https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0x4de23f3f0fb3318287378adbde030cf61714b2f3

This scam still works and this address will be popular too.

If a scammer asks you for a private key or seed phrase, you know what you should give them Smiley

Never heard of it, but it looks like people can be very easily scammed with it. I mean, importing the wallet and seeing it has a balance, can be intriguing.
I remember some years ago someone sent me a message on a popular app and they told me "you 've won 0.1 BTC, just enter your seed phrase here so you can obtain the money" and they 'd send me an html form to enter my seed phrase. So I created a fake seed (the checksum was invalid) and wrote it down. They immediately disappeared and blocked me. But when they realised the seed wasn't correct they unblocked me and asked for the proper seed phrase. I repeated the process just for fun and kept talking to them until I decided to terminate the seed phrase with the words "you" "are" "pathetic" "scammer". Then I blocked them.

Indeed fairly old scam. If I was a scammer I wouldn't do that to scam TRX but instead try to get ETH.  Grin
TRX usdt transactions are cheaper than ETH ones, so their is more upside if people add ETH to the wallet hoping to send out the usdt.

I saw this nonsense pretty often on reddit and also saw some people falling for it. Greed makes people blind but actually it's also kind of karma. The scammer pretends to be a newbie and some people want to use his "stupidity for sharing the seed" for their own profit. Why else would they send the whatever currency if their intention wasn't stealing the funds in the wallet.

This is a common scam - and just to add to your post, it is not only done in tron network I have also seen user post their seed phrase online with this type of write up claiming to be a noob and that they want help from a more experienced person and the network the USDT in that wallet was Ethereum and on inspecting the transaction history you’ll see so many ETH that was sent to the wallet (for gas fee) and then instantly sent to one wallet address.

I usually see them post it on X (formerly twitter) and facebook.

This scam works in 2 ways:
TRON is the main token of the ecosystem, and a transaction of TRON is much cheaper than a transaction of any token in the ecosystem.

In the first variant, the fraudster has software connected to the wallet, which will send all received TRON to his address, and the priority of such transaction will be higher than sending tokens.

In the second variant, as here, there is a restriction on sending tokens by other users via a smart contract. So you won't be able to send coins from the wallet even if you know the seed phrase.
