Escrow is good, yahoo and lauda, but why you self-moderated, it is many people worrying about. Roadmap and forum is so simple. Campaign looks good.
I think self moderated is because of spammers but I doubt if any post have been deleted.They said they will update the forum after pre ico but they seem to be serious with their project
and we are really serious about the Project.

It seems the website is still beta, there aren't yet Employers who give some jobs to workers
Basically, if as workers we can find jobs of your choice, we can browse of the listed task.
(eg: signup bonus,survey,download,visit/share,etc)

The process is when you login you click on invite friends & get paid by referral and that will display your affiliate link.
When you attempt to login there is an image like captcha that you must enter but it has been remove from first attempt to protect your account, you need to enter this image at the second page.
I will also like other account holders to check our claims.
