as a newbie maybe you should read a lot and find information about good trading, the most basic thing about trading you need to know is to buy at a low price and sell when the price is high and you must know the market movement well

besides that, make sure that you can buy at lower price and always analyze before you buy. sometimes, it is difficult to choose one or two coins at the same time because we don't have a big fund to buy and that coin have potential to increase. and if we are in this situations, then I suggest to you to choose only with a coin that has a bigger opportunity to increase higher. like for example, after you analyze, you found that ethereum and zec is the next coin that will increase because the trends right now are good to get up. but ethereum has a big chance to increase higher than zec, so you can choose ethereum only but don't go with all in because it's too risky for you and you don't have any backup fund if somehow you want to buy more ethereum when the coin gets dump too hard.

Trading is really risky and hard to do, but if you will get used to it, you will learn and much better if you start learning those basics first before jumping on trading. In trading, you may lost your money in just a seconds, if you are just newbie, please start in the basic first.
In the crypto community, all you have to do is to learn. You cannot always get someone to teach you everything especially trading. But one key thing that you should inculcate before you start trading is patience and more time for the job. If only you are determined to do it, you will.

No one can literally teach you everything here. Everyone are still learning even successful traders don't tend to hang themselves as great beings and have learned everything. Great traders thirst for knowledge because the thirst for knowledge are limitless. In trading you must first discipline your self then at least hold some BTC's then if you don't panic for so much unstableness then slowly step up on trading sites have a sole trading site so that you could refrain from other exchange because they are almost the same when trading.
So you never learn, you have to try, lose, learn. This is the only way to become a trader. First, look at the training video and read about the Eliot waves.
