Also, I linked the code from the ethereum-mining repo, if you care to read - which originates from https://github.com/ethereum/aleth - which predates you. He did the real first Eth miner.

Use tbminer --list-devices to find the correct index

It's all AMD and I explicitly use --amd-only to exclude the 1 Nvidia card I have in that machine from TBM

--lhr-unlock brings no changes

The LHR unlock only seems to work on the 3060 LHR1, but needs more tuning and testing. We will buy some more test cards and see what we can do later. Note that the lhr unlock is a low power unlock, so you should check the hash/watt. The power decrease is significant. From ~120watt down to ~70watt in lhr-unlock mode. Less heat, improved lifetime of the card.

Normally miners mine on a lower --xintensity on flexpool since the pool doesn't pay for stale shares. But --xintensity 512 might give better speed poolside than the default (284). If not you can try --xintensity 4096 and mine on 2miners.com, nanopool.org, miningpoolhub.com, f2pool.com or other pools that pay for stales.
