Technology making us lazy and makes the world go faster, I still remember my childhood days where not much of a technology I'm witnessing, I live a simple life and I can appreciate lots of things. Now, lots of new technology, it's hard to appreciate the best as there's a lot of good tech in the world, bitcoin is one of course, it will make as the most advance payment system and will make things faster.

At the end of the day, it's just about making money but technology really sometimes misused by us and we failed to value  our time in this world.

Sometimes I wonder where are heading in the future with all these developments on every field, for the better and happier life or just lazy life.Few years back mobiles were used for reaching the people from long distance but today it is everything and almost we are not caring anyone who is even sit next to us while we are using the mobiles.Just talk about it guys,if you have any ideas about where it leads us to.
It depends upon the usage. If we are putting it in good use, it means that these technological development are taking us to a brighter future. But in the other hand, if we are using it the other way around, then the future is also the other way around. Based on your statement, it seems that you are noticing the negative impact because most of us are abusing it, I may haven't statistics but by just observing the surrounding, you can see it. But still, not all are using it the same way. You see, developments are constantly exists, it means that somebody are utilizing these technologies the same way. My point is, it depends on how we use these technological advancement: the good or bad way.

I've always thought that technology will lead us into becoming cyborgs. We slightly already are with how much we depend on our cell phones. Next our computers are becoming an extension of us and will be so in tune with how we work play and think
This time more than 80% of our daily life depends on the technology. Remember if the technology is slowly taking us to the era which anything can be done by used the tech. This is a good thing when at the same time it seems bad for me because this was changing the people's mind to only pegged with the technology.

Developing technology can makes us work easily.the word of hitech that nowadays we seen.
An example of better developing technolgies is communicating, we can communicate us as quickly as we wants where ever we are.

hitech technology like a big machine that can make our work fast and easy..

well all this gives us progress in term of working but sometimes the effect is to make us lazy and It doesnt matter to me

for me developing technolgies now can help us a lot so it nice to here we develop a hitech technology now.

These gadgets have already replaced a lot of things in our lives. I believe that all these are good and for our benefits but too much use and dependence on these is also harmful to us in many ways. Here in my place, religious people here are limiting themselves from using internet, televisions and from using smartphones. They use only old model phones with out internet for the purpose of texting and calling. They believe that internet is the main source of temptations in many ways and they don’t want to be affected.

Yeah, the irony is so funny because we are always connected with many people instantly that is anywhere around the world on the net but we don't really talk to them personally like face to face when we see each other. About the tech on where it's leading us? I take things will get more complicated and people would rather stay home and socialize on a VR whether on it's school or shopping.

I believe that the development of technology leads to replace all the tasks that are a bit tedious, and there is no longer just talk about the development by mobile phones, but also many robots that make it easier to do the things that we need to do daily, like cleaning and other duties.

Obviously this leads to a unique comfort where for many it can be interpreted as laziness. Mobile phones today allow us to talk with our loved ones from other parts of the world with a completely open communication and as if we were face to face, and communications are not based only on P2P, there are some applications that have a short bandwidth and the result to be able to have VoIP is excellent, and it is not achieved with normal technology like Wi-Max, it is achieved with advanced programming technology that really is much more useful than many.

There is only one problem in the mobile that have not yet been able to solve very well, it is with the batteries that are exhausted very fast, of course this is due to the immense amount of applications that you can be in the mobile. I think if you fix or invent some kind of battery that can solve this problem, it will take us to very large levels, because there are mobiles that can already enjoy digital TV technology, initiating a global globalization of the TV only with the mobile.

I still have that ideology  in which making so much of the technology can leads to the destruction of this planet. People are now becoming a robot. As you have said most of the people right now in the urban places are looking down rather than interacting with the other people.

People should have to wake up we actually don't need it. We are tied of the certain entertainment that the technology gives us. But the real entertainment still goes about how you interact to other people, the best foods you eat, a quite place such as beach to relax or a mountain to climb. Most especially a slow paced life to live

Bah, you are overreacting, people still interact with each other. People always overreact with that, it's not that bad, even if it was, so what? If people like it more that way, what's wrong with it? It's not like you have to interact with other people to live a good life.

Where it leads us to?
We have already been "lead to" (somewhere) and you see the effects everywhere. Many couples now go out to dinner and stare at their smartphones instead of talking to each other. What is great about having so many people addicted to their shiny tiny computers?

It is addictive and for security concerns it depends on how you use it. Use social media moderately and being responsible the way you use it will declare on how kind of person you are.

As for the fake ids for ransom, cheating, it's a serious issue and as I've said this is more of a personal problem. And it's no longer the range of social media to declare what kind of attitude and personality people should have before using them.
Its addictive but the problem is more than that and 99% of people not aware of it.All our personal information and sometimes they control our cameras as well so who knows what they are seeing because we always keep our mobiles on our hand,so someone from the other side can note all the things about us and can sell it to someone who will buy that which doesn't look a threat for a normal person but someone spying us all the time is not a good thing.
When you install an app, read always the terms of conditions because it's written there if they are asking for information. Just like those small apps of flashlight, they have that in their terms and the main purpose of the dev with that app is to gain access to our cameras, contacts and messages.

This problem on digital age can't be avoided and as a user and consumer, we need to be diligent and responsible.

Every time somebody asks me that question I tell them to watch Star Trek. Before you disregard this series as science fiction, think about the systems they were using. In the early 90s there was no portable computers and no folded phones, but they had folded communicators, touchscreens, flat screen monitors, buttons that reacted to touch and later even glass panel tablets. Think about it for a second. In the time when mobile phones were the size of a brick, they designed tablets and later tablets that were just a piece of glass, the ones that are being developed now, 20 years later. When the series was airing, people were looking at these things like it was something from another planet, just like we are looking now at their scanning equipment or teleportation technology.

almost we are not caring anyone who is even sit next to us while we are using the mobiles.
Like when you're in the bus or trains and someone behind, infront and beside you doesn't care standing reading and touching his/her phones while the headsets are on? I don't have problem with those people, I'm minding my own business just like them.
But we are doing the same thing at dinner party or while going to the restaurants with our family but still we are on phone and forget to talk or hear what is happening around us,even I am doing this.
I understand if that person has a business and he has to monitor his sales and track the progress through his smartphone. Because there are apps that allows us to do that but if it wasn't like that.

Well, this is a personal problem. As much as possible, I'm telling my siblings to stop using phones while we eat so that we can enjoy our meal. Social media plays big part on this because most of the people that tend to be in that situation are checking recent news feed and posts of whom they are following.
Using social media is addictive as well as a big concern for our security.

We also might tackle the fake ids from facebook and most of the people were using multiple fake ids for ransom and also for cheating girls which is not the entertainment will make good us in the future.

The answer to the topic title is slavery.

This is the thing I am intended to say but sadly most of the people is not going to accept that we are losing ourselves in the name of technology development.

The answer to the topic title is slavery.

If a company doesn't make something that he can sell to the public profitably, how does he make money? He makes it by getting grants and loans from government. And nobody knows if he will ever be able to repay the loans.

Where does the money for the loans come from? Essentially from some form of taxation or theft. Of course, taxation is a form of theft.

So, all the hype about new technology, is really taking us deeper into slavery, except when someone can actually make a profit from the technology by selling it to the people.
