i don't think we should educate the teen about cryptocurrency meticulously. but atleast give them the idea what is cryptocurrency is all about. the technology will guide them on their own.

I believe that it would be nice to introduce a separate discipline in technical universities: blockchain and its technologies.
But to include it in the general program of education - it is not necessary since it's not thing that interesting to everybody.

Only an adult can study by himself. The younger generation needs to be guided and given the right knowledge. For example, a project that I support about sexual education. This is also important, because on the street you can get the wrong knowledge and be subjected to violence. And yes the crypt should be trained, this is already the same direction as an artificial intellect.

I think it's a good thing for young people to know about cryptocurrency markets and blockchains, but it should not encourage young people to invest too much money in cryptocurrency markets because of the volatility.

I agree that young people should learn by themselves to get their own experience, it's just that we have to give them a hint so that they do not misunderstand the crypto.
I try to get experience myself as a young man. For young people there is a lot of information. The main thing is to look for it and study it.

What exactly is the point behind this thread? I dont know if you are proving or disproving your own point, for maybe teens are able to grasp, learn and adapt to technologies faster on their own, but to be able to handle that skill and avoid misuse one still needs an education to learn how to harness that kind of power for both personal growth and betterment of society.

Getting the younger generation into new technologies is always a good thing, but considering the volatility of the marked it should be approached with caution when investing. However as a 25y old man myself that got into this tech when i was eighteen i would strongly encourage younger tech interested people to explore this phenomenon that is cryptocurrency!  Wink

I think that blockchain lessons should be implemented to school programs. The country which make it first will have great number of professionals in cryptography in blockchain in 10 years. And it will be competitive advantage.

I think already lot of teens know about the crypto currencies when compared to older gneration people but what they need to do is understand about it and invest on it for future, but sadly many teens won't have much money to invest on it.

Indeed, youth should be educated for them to become aware in the blockchain technology and for them to avoid taking unnecessary risks. This will also help clear our things about scams and bad allegations regarding crypto. Millenials explore through curiosity and they might end up entering the cryptoworld. Making them readily learned makes them a good addition to this growing community.

Yes agree, I think when time comes they will get enough knowledge.

We often are asking question whether we should educate youth and teach them crypto, but for my opinion if they are interested in they are able to educate themselves, even better then we are able to do.

Hear is an article that proves the theory: https://cointelegraph.com/news/teenager-who-hacked-ledger-hardware-wallet-says-devices-still-vulnerable-devs-deny

What do you think?
I don't think we must be education of cryptocurrencies to them due to by the time and technology of internet and the blockchain, they can understand about the cryptos currencies and will addopts the cryptos currencies. However we are community of cryptocurrencies , they can learn more about cryptocurrencies on this forum or another website about cryptocurrencies.

Yes there are a lot of opportunities for teens to get knowledge if they are interested in.
