The rate is not bad since its just 4 hours per day and there could be an additional side job for participants.
My only concern is the legitimacy of payment since the fund is not escrowed.
I think the OP will have more participants if he/she can offer a weekly payment because 30 days is a long period to be wasted for nothing ( my personal opinion )

In fact, the rate offered by OP is good compared to the income of the employees here with us, even more will be earned from this offer. At eight hours or more spent per day with only a minimum wage that is even lower than what is available working with OP. Well, that depends on which country you are in because the rate varies for what kind of work. You can only consume 27 or 20 hours per week, because if you add up in a week, you will have more time to work locally.
$250 is enough from someone in the 3rd world country like me and doesn't want to get infected by the virus. you'd rather be working for that fee than having to go out every day risking your life. if both party, employer, and employee agree there is no reason to interfere here.

Exactly,$ 250 is good enough for Indonesian people just to manage telegram. Most of them lower graduation (Junior-Senior High School), they are agree to take a job even only get payment around $100-180/month, for restaurant, shopkeeper etc. We can't compare with US payment rate for this one.
Indeed, actually I am now working almost 18-20hours a day with the projects I currently handle just to get a good pay (just a proper time management). imagine 8 projects but still gives you only ~2k usd per month,... that's how cruel reality is. I don't know if it's greed or not just be thankful the payment being used by the kind of OP is in crypto (maybe on the top 10 on CMC) if not, then the hell shitty this is LoL 
How in hell can you manage 8 projects in the same time? I guess those groups are not extremely active, as that's the only way to be able to handle that. Back in 2017-2018 i did some TG admin work, and at the most I handled 2-3 groups at the same time, no more than that, and I remember I was exhausted. Those were very active groups though as it was in the middle of the bull run.

Activity, 1 as a support only, 2 busy channels 1 tech mod
That's why I'm still open for business. I can still prepare my ipad for that and add another monitor.
Plus I have a team prepared just in case I get a number of projects.

The rate is acceptable if they are needing someone from a poorer region. Lot's of decent English speaking users from those areas who will do 27 hours a week for smaller amounts. I wonder what kind of telegram group is this, maybe it hasn't that much of a traffic that the OP wants to give this kind of pay rate to the community moderator. If it isn't that hectic of a job, if you'd want an experience, and if you're in a country were it's almost the same as the average monthly salary then it's fine I suppose.
