Well, I guess so, but we are all here to share some information right? What if they layout the topic and make some summarize about it, should we still consider it as a plagiarism?

As long as people post things with their own words, this forum is cool with that. This forum isn't going to insist on references for everything, like Wikipedia. Although providing links in your posts can make your post even better. This forum does discourage word spinning(changing the order of clauses, replacing a few words with synonyms and/or combining clauses of multiple sources) and can permaban someone for that. Usually the word spinners have just enough of the original text(s) to get caught.

What if it goes like this "You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good"  Is there a chance for this? I've read some quotes and allegations about this topic and in my concern that most of this kind of a problem has not yet solved or not given a chance just once, is it easy to be banned without any warnings?
Then, as the message says, it's permanent. There is no warning because you should have read the rules and learned that plagiarizing is not allowed. Btw, plagiarism is illegal/unethical/not cool in every single country in the world. It's not like you should be warned that you shouldn't do it. Smiley

If it is temporary ban, you should just wait. You can try to appeal your case if you feel that the reason for your temporary ban is in error. Also, it is important that during your temporary ban that you also do not post with a new account or an alternate account. If you get caught, your temporary ban will transform into a permanent ban.

No. If your banned is for 1 week, you will get access after 1 week. You can't get it back earlier.

What to do if your account was temporarily banned? Is there any chance that I can recover it after sending an appeal from this forum? Will the modes mind those complains?
