The forum drama... i'm not open to it, I'm not here to fight or argue against other users. I have always been an open mind user and always shared my point of view with the community, but never with bad intentions.

I want to be clear, i get paid for the web pages, i get paid the first months of work, and then the hard times and the crisis comes. All this drama is a misunderstanding and a lack of communication. But i could say chrysophylax  is not only a legit user, he is a great element for the crypto community, and his projects are revolutionary with a vision beyond the blockchain.

What is OWED and what is STOLEN/NOT PAID are two VERY different things, especially when it comes to LACK of communication ...

The amounts are actually incorrect, but that is not for Us to bring here Nicolas. Your assumption that You 'are sure' that these 'debts will not be paid' is completely and utterly YOUR reasoning AND completely FALSE also. Just because You ASSUME one thing does not make it Truth OR Fact. The level of Professionalism is almost ZERO when it comes to Communication AND attention to what has been said and done - especially on Your Part. I am at fault for certain Areas, but I certainly do NOT Renege on ANY deals made, especially when YOU agree to them THEN expect that all the blame sits on My shoulders. It doesn't. It is OUR responsibility to attend to ANY deals Made, and You are not pulling your part of the Deal. When You disappear - there is no communication and therefore no resolve. The ball was ALWAYS in Your Court, yet I have and will continue to take Responsibility over what is still in My control. The rest is up to You.

So accusations of scamming are VERY serious and open to litigation. This would be bad for both of Us and NOT in the best interests of Our Companies. So Your Dirty Laundry should be kept between Us AND sorted between Us. Retract the 'scammer' accusations and We will have a good platform to work from in Future. Do NOT retract it, and We will always have that bad blood between Us. Other than that, My door is open to You to resolve ALL of this.

As for not being Paid for 6Months - that goes both ways for the Campaigns that are 'supposed' to be finished within a reasonable Time Frame - of which they almost never are. So I do agree with You with Marketing campaigns, and Marketing in General, but there is a Clear Cut Line between Planning it all, and actually FINISHING the Plans in place. It always seems to be that Planning can never cross the line to finishing. So I am at wits end as to WHY on Earth You even went there with this FALSE and confoundedly Legal accusation. No communication MEANS no resolve. Simple. So here We are once again.

If Employees/Contractors are NOT happy, then I am approachable and open to discussion for a resolve. I do NOT expect employees should work like I do - 15Hours a Day 7Days a week. I DO expect that work that is set is to be completed and completed in a Timely fashion, WITH the reasonable results expected for the Projects. I DO Expect that any discussions and deals made are ADHERED to, and not changed willy nilly when You decide it fit to change it. Especially when Payments, Pay, Fees and the like are involved.

We need to get all that You have left behind, fully functional again, hence the requirement for a WebDeveloper and Graphic Designer. So I will say no more about this, and move forward to continue what is unfinished. When Communication is reopened, You know where to find Me. If You continue to stay silent (except for these Posts recently), then nothing can or will be resolved, and Your outlandish claims of being scammed will be as they are now - unfounded. You know where to find Me.

When all is said and done, there will be only what We have left in this world and Crypto, and that is our Word!

You owe $3,000 AUD to the designer and $15,000 AUD to me according to the salary deal we had. And i can be sure that you will not pay those debts, that's why i said we get scammed.


theSITE was made with HTML, CSS and JS. and theSHOP (Both of them) was made with Wodpress, WooCommerce, Paypal and Binance Plugin for the payments. Both shops works fine, i test them and the payment engine works great. But without a marketing campaign is hard to get customers.

You are a great person Ray, and i really enjoy the time i worked for ChainWorks Industries, You have a great vision for the projects and i don't have a doubt about the success of them. And I only hope you understand how your workers feel after been there for more than 6 months without a payment.

Just to ReCap ...

theSITE is our WebSite which contains all components - such as theSHOP.

theSITE is currently under WordPress and theSHOP is based on WooCommerce and a few of the Applications connected (Paid for) to WooCommerce. Themes for WordPress and WooCommerce are also part of the bundle, but We are willing to look at alternatives in either ReDesigning theSITE AND theSHOP - or continuing with what We have for the time being so that our shopping systems can be brought back to Life.

I must personally apologize for the Above with Nicolas and Julian (with Nicolas Commenting the way he did even though he AGREED to continue with us indefinitely), but I WILL say that they are the ones that Created theSITE and theSHOP in it's current state and in My Humble opinion, did a great job at the Time.

Now however, We need to move forward with a bigger and better theSITE and theSHOP, and will require a rethink of how We will do this. I am currently chatting to 6 Entities of various Skills for various areas of design and deployment, and as such, will require to make a decision within the next 9Days as to how We will move forward, and with whom.

Since Nicolas (@seoincorporation) AND Julian were the ones in charge of and in control of theSITE (WebSite) and theSHOP (The Shopping Systems), one can only assume that it would have been a successful enterprise with them both at the helm. Since theSHOP has done poorly, the budget was non-existent and ALL the Funds had to come out of MY pocket once again to sustain the Salaries and expenses, after the deal was done with Nicolas and Julian to have theSHOP productive, Marketed and Profitable.

Thank You for the Effort You are doing with Project Topaz - especially since THAT is the Clincher here when theSHOP is FULLY functional. You are doing an incredible job, and even though CashFlow is limited, You are one of the few that will be rewarded accordingly.

On another Note - We are in negotiation with another Company (scammers too Nicolas?) that are looking at the Base of theSHOP and what can be done to make sure it is up and running and Available to the Public ASAP. No deals are done yet, but they seem quite professional and CERTAINLY not a Company that deals with unsavoury clients.

Again - I am VERY disappointed in You AND Julian, as I held you BOTH in high regard and hoped We would do business in future. Alas, it seems this will never be.

If You wish to take this up - then I would treat VERY carefully if I were You.

Julian did NOT contact Me back - and disappeared deciding NOT to sort any Money, Pay, or Work regardless of the situation YOU are deciding to expose here. I am disappointed that YOU of all people are coming in here bad mouthing Me especially since YOU are the one that made the deal with Me to continue, then also decided that you didn't want 'the Drama' - 'drama' that didn't exist.

If this is anything to go by, the only 'drama' caused here is by You currently and ANYTHING that Julian did not like or appreciate was NEVER continued with Me personally. He contacted ONCE after THREE MONTHS - then decided to go quiet again. How is ANYONE supposed to sort ANYTHING out when there is no response? So by saying there was 'Drama' - that alludes that was from Your Side only Mate. Not ours! The amazing part about this is simply that You didn;t want to 'involve' yourself when You decided to continue with us when Julian left, and now it's a completely different story with YOU being the one that is here with False Accusations. Not wanting to be involved huh?

So Excuse Me if You think people need to 'tread carefully' when dealing here - but I can assure You that ALL records show that I have been MORE THAN WILLING to cooperate and discuss with Julian, which he decided NOT to pursue. So either explain the Truth if you are going to comment, or remain Quiet and keep the 'missing Components' of the explanation as part of the post You intend on committing here.

As far as getting 'scammed' - I have ALL the documentation that states YOU are the one that decided to continue while We worked out something with Pay, and YOU decided to go when it suited YOU after YOU got to see ALL of the CWI internal developments. So as much as I appreciate the work you have done, I will NOT get into this any further with You and I hope that the accusations of 'scamming' are retracted promptly. Especially since YOUR business relies on NetWorking and FeedBack as well Mate!

The next time You wish to bring your 'Dirty Laundry' out in public, be sure to have made the appropriate discussions and steps PRIOR to making False accusations of scamming and the like. Disgusting Indeed!

is this position still open? Want to try web dev post but not sure if I am up to the criteria cos I am a fresh graduate.

As far as I know, chrysophylax is not a scammer (I get a monthly wage), but we are apparently very short on cash reserves because the projects (e.g. store development) did not meet their expected deadlines, which has caused a backlog in payments for everyone.

But the company has illiquid reserves such as gemstones - I saw these in a private Discord chat with him.

The previous designer quits after 7 months without getting a payment for his work. And that's the same reason i quit for the Web Dev position.

So, i would recommend to the community do deal with extreme caution if any of you want to take this Job.

I know you are a hard working man NotATether, and i really hope you don't get scammed for your work just like me and the previous designer.

As far as I am aware, there is no years of job experience requirement, but candidates do have to be comptetent web developers and be able to do assignments by themselves without any hand-holding.

Do you believe you are an expert in all those programming languages?


I used to be a copy-paste web developer back in 2013-15. All I used was the view the page source and copy the design. It becomes easy with web-builders. But, they need developers.

I just pm him. I have an experience on website designing though it has been long I left the job. But small experience is still there when fully participate again, everything that has been lost would come back again. To forget some you have known is very easy if you are not practicing it every time. I was using Dreamweaver, X8, and HTML code. But forgotten some of the features on those softwares because it has long I stopped using them. But I am ready to come back again. Through this means I will learn a lot again. I have created 5 to 7 websites but non of them is working again, some of them were music sites while some were video editing studio, while others were news site. I had also managed my STATE news website in 2011.  I have used wix to design sites but the domains are not working again. But I still have the free wix domain which is still available since 2012 till now. Bayelsa Today

### CWI ECOSYSTEM - theSHOP

Hi All ...

We currently have a Part Time Position available in CWI.

The Position involves our very own Shopping System/Creation initially. Though there are a number technologies involved, the WebSite itself shall have theSHOP only as part of the 'Landing Page' of the actual WebSite. So work initialy on theSHOP the to look at the build of the WebSite. We require the WebSite to be more the Mortar than the Brick, and as such, the other components (theSHOP, theMine, etc) will need to be connected as a component that directs the user to the other areas of the CWI EcoSystem.

The position initially is for a Part Time Developer that will eventually become Full Time if/when the arrangement becomes available.

The Technologies and bases involved are as follows ...

- PHP
- MySQL
- HTML
- CSS
- JQuery/JavaScript

- Based in CentOS 7 Currently

The ProtoType (and Fully Functional) theSHOP is located here - https://theshop.chainworksindustries.com/

It is the 'basic' version of what we need to have running. It's backend Payments System is via CoinBase Busniness System so functionality with Payment is currently via the CoinBase API. This will change when the CWI PaymentProcessor is fully functional and implemented, where we will be able to accept many more currencies, but coverted in to a single coin of our choosing for use in theSHOP backend.

Currently ALL the URLs including the main for the CWI WebSite are pointing to theSHOP, which is why we want to finally develop our WebSite to cement all our components together after theSHOP is implemented fully.
