Well it's the massive difficulty minus miners. I preferred it the fast difficulty cycle, I think we should go back to the old way of doing it.

EDIT: It will settle soon enough, but I think we should go back to the faster difficulty cycle.

THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED THIS OUT

THERE HAS ALREADY BEEN ONE CRACK AT IT

AN IT SEEMS TO HAVE GOTTEN WORSE

No Shit Sherlock.

Note, TRC still hasn't been sold yet on BTC-e... Everyone knows that buying in to something dead isn't worth it.

Isn't the reason TRC hasn't been sold yet because without the ability for blocks to be mined, no confirmations can be sent?

Never actually thought about that. XD Irony. Still, I figured most would have moved the majority of their stake over there before they stopped last night.

That's why he's implying it's worthless because the network grinded to a halt.

Doesn't make for a very efficient payment system

No, I actually wanted to keep mining something fairly worthwhile. Now, I can't feasibly do that and what I do mine can't really be sold because all the ASICs pretty much gobbled it up and are dumping 10k or more while they leave us with the tattered scraps.

@Nolo, You can count how many I have with two fingers.

I have to agree unfortunately. The sad thing is a lot of the people who buy at btc-e are really clueless about the inner details, I saw one asking what an ASIC was etc..

Regardless, TRC is pretty worthless now. X_x

pffft, you just wanted to pump and dump it. Some of us are interested in alt-coins because they provide a testing ground for new experiments and ideas. Obviously this needs to get fixed.

Hi I sent 10 TRC through to the address ...and it just sits there at 0

+10.00000000 TRC, 0 confirmations, 03:43 06.04.13

I heard the hashrate for that coin slowed WAY the frick down after it got pumped up to 65k difficulty.. maybe its just there aren't many blocks being solved right now.

Are you kidding? The coinotron pool alone had someone mining for 131 GHashes, and probably eclipsed Bitcoin entirely. -_-Now that everyone left nobody can solve the blocks neccessary for the difficulty to drop in any reasonable time frame.

Now it's just one big pump and dump, or dump, rather...since the pumping is clearly over.
