During the past few weeks, the Turkish army killed more than 1,000 Kurdish civilians in Cizre and Diyarbakır, the vast majority being women and children. At least two hundred civilians were burned to death. The recent attack in Ankara seems to be a retaliation by the PKK, against the war crimes committed by the Turkish army in Cizre and Diyarbakır. Now the Turks will understand how it feels like losing a loved one.

That doesn't justifiy the terrorist attacks. It's like you say the 9/11 is also justified because all the wars that Americans started in Arab countries.
