block reward is 12 but 11.88 goes to MN an 0.12 to miners till 20000 block.

Graviex exchange is good. But the next exchange should be taken into account is Crypto-bridge, new DEX on Bitshares ecosystem that took much attention recently. I have checked it with several deposits and withdrawals, perfectly without technical issues, at least till now.
