Though your FAQ is misleading as the amounts you receive via surveys or puzzles don't actually count towards the $5 deposit required to withdraw. I successfully finished some surveys and earned like $0.5 via them, however, I still had to directly deposit $5 to be able to withdraw anything. With that said, I should admit that the withdrawal itself was instant and it went through without a hitch

I don't want to play on that site if the winners need to deposit before he can be able to withdraw his winning money. Nor I don't want to complete any surveys because I have a bad experience in the past with the surveys. But hey, why the OP delete the sites in the 1st page? I think he needs to change the rule that people needs to deposit $5 in bitcoin or other cryptocurrency and then he can start to play and withdraw the win money

I don't see it as a big problem

At least, as long as you don't have to deposit more that you want to withdraw, and flat 5 dollars seems to be a reasonable amount in this respect. Surveys are a poor man's source of income but in this case it was assumed that they could help reach the required deposit amount sooner, potentially without actually depositing anything. But it didn't work out as planned, so I had to actually make that deposit (I sent litecoins, in case you are curious). I don't know how provably fair this casino is, but it doesn't feel like a scam project to me. But everyone is on their own here, so don't take my word for it. Do your own due diligence in all cases

Okay, it seems to be the right time to check how your withdrawals are working

Obviously, I was not able to withdraw anything as I'm required to deposit first. That's kinda okay. But how much should I deposit first to be able to withdraw later? The deposit page says that I can deposit any amount of Bitcoin. So my question is, if I send to the address provided just 1 satoshi (or whatever is enough to get the transaction confirmed), will I be able to withdraw anything at all?

When attempting to Withdraw it says at the bottom of the page you need to deposit 5$ to withdraw your balance. Or you can do 5$ in a survey as the FAQ states & then you will be able to withdraw any

I report that withdrawals are working fine

You don't get it

It is one thing for simple gamblers to attack each other with whatever strong language they want to use (though even this should not be tolerated but moderated). And it is a totally different thing for the staff to use such language at all in a public chatbox, not even speaking of the site owner himself (as it turned out to be). Anyway, let's hope this lesson serves them right and they will refrain from this stuff in the future. Just don't try to make it look like it was not a big deal and nothing happened

I would like to personally apologise for the language i used. Yes they were IRL friends of mine, how ever it doesnt excuse the language i used. Please note that i have taken onboard all the comments made and shall make sure its not repeated. I do not want this event to take away from the product i have worked so hard on creating, as well as a fun user experience. I apprecaite you pointing this out and again apologise.
Well sh*t do really happens but atleast we do really understand your part and as been said above this should really be a lesson learn for you guys. Bad publicity on how you communicate
would really give out first impressions that would last. You like or not it would surely affect your site no matter how good it is

I am curious who was that "gentry" guy

Someone registers with the forum at 09:49:59 AM, writes a wall of text at 10:03:40 AM to claim that it's nothing of the ordinary, and then disappears to never be seen again. As to me, it looks extremely fishy. And when no one takes him seriously (well, me at least), we see the site owner himself coming to apologize here. I guess it should have been done in reverse order if the point was to fix things, not to break them further
Its totally obvious and high chances that the newly created account might owned by Op itself.Unless if he do tell that friend that he do need to register to this forum and ask forgiveness on whats being done. Its still possible but well it doesnt really matter as long they do apologize which really matter the most.We should move on since everyone do really commit mistakes.

As somebody who has been on the site since launch, I can say that Roobet has one of the most tight knit communities out there.

Of course, it was wrong not to show professionalism in chat, however at the end of the day, it is a gambling site. People are people, we communicate in different tongues etc, if a player did need help with anything, the site makes it pretty clear with where to obtain it (live support), or even the FAQ.

Hence explaining the lack of professionalism in the actual chat itself. It is a place to lounge, place to chill, place to chat, whatever the user wants it to be. In this day and age, with the growing BTC gambling community, it would be seldom to find an actual chat that obliges to the rules they have set out.

There are many sites, aka bustabit, elitecrash, the list goes on, where users typically spam, curse, make sensitive jokes about culture, with some staff, and it's looked upon as laughable.I think that you shouldn't have such a restricted view on a gambling site, or look down upon it, because of chat.

Going back to what the admins have said i'm not defending what the admins have said by any measure, however, it would certainly be  weird to treat one of your close friends differently online than IRL.

The site itself has a few flaws, however I'm sure in due time the staff/dev team will fix them, because they've done so many times before without failure.

The house edge for the Dice game is slightly more than your best competitors. I didn't really have any bad feedback about the website until I visited the chat to see the admins messages on it. Here's what they had to say

Nope. You're a shit scum who is not serious about the business and probably here to make a few monies by scamming others. I wouldn't advise anyone to play on this site.

The guy who he was talking to is IRL friends with the owner. We treat our customers with care & with full support, through live-support.

Even if they were friends, that wasn't a professional behaviour. It will only scare people off. I was going to try this casino but after I saw this comment I don't even care now.

People are very cautious about their money. You should have been more careful with your attitude.

I'll give you an example so you can understand how this looks like from outside.

Imagine you own a bookshop. Would you shout and fight and make jokes on your buddy loudly while your customers around? No. You don't do that because they will just leave your shop.

Yep, We understand where we went wrong in this matter, will not happen again and shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Thank you for reaching out to us & telling us where we were wrong

If you read the chat, you can see by how we talk we are friends.

Sorry if this bothered you & made you think we're like this to our users, we're not.

It doesn't really matter whether you are friends or not. Even if you are, you should understand that you are talking in public, kinda making official statements, and thus should be aware of the consequences your words might have. Some things and the way they are said should remain private in all circumstances and at all times. Regardless, you have just proved how indiscreet you (your staff) are and that speaks even louder than the words you actually said

As an aside, if you are like this to your friends, how will you be to your users?

You are correct in what you are saying, and we deeply apologize for speaking in that manner, if you wish to test the site out we would welcome you too and would happily give you some free credit to prove the site is fair and a nice place for users to be around. That kind of language will not be used nor seen in chat again.

The owner got a bit carried away with his friend being there and of course, should have not spoken like that hence why he has deleted what he said.

In fact, I'm registered at your casino. My login: deisik. You are welcome

We've added some coins to your balance,
If you have any suggestions or ideas please suggest them to me & I will pass it to my team.
Have fun betting.   Wink

You want us to believe that? If the owner doesn't care about politeness on the chat, I wonder how the future of this chat is going to be. Either way, I did what I had to do, rest is upto the community to decide. Best of luck with your venture.
