So your small fee per ticket is the price of a ticket. So there be 2 winners of the raffle of 2 x 0.1 you and the winner.
This is meant to be a simple raffle that will occur once all tickets are bought.

Ticket Price(included small fee): .00102BTC
Number Tickets: 10
Numbers Available: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
To submit a ticket entry
-You must post the ticket number you would like (if not claimed already)
-A transaction ID (blockchain.info/blocktrail)
