I signed up on tetraplay.com on friday 05/08/2015. I played through the .01 BTC and met the wagering requirements. I submitted a withdrawal on 5/08/2015 for .1 BTC (1000 tetracoins) then another withdrawal request for .1447 BTC on 05/09/2015. Despite the fact that they splash instant withdrawal all over their site I still have not received the withdrawals and state "wait for approval" status. I have sent at least 4 emails and no replies yet.
Anyone knowing what is going on with this site?

I deposited 0.1 into this casino (for 100% rakeback) when i received the 0.1 bonus, it said i had to wagered it 25 times to cashout the bonus itself. (fine).
With the bonus, i brought my total to 0.215. When i went to cashout, it said it will deduct 0.1 bonus because i havn't wagered enough, but i will be able to cash out the rest (I pressed accept).
After pressing accept, it took away 0.1 bonus that i received, and then it told me i wasn't able to cash out until i bet another 2.5btc...
Now I am stuck with 0.115 balance that can't be cashed out until 2.5btc is wagered and house will not credit back the 0.1 bonus for their unclear rules.
The house should never even allow you to do a withdraw of the bonus at all if it was going to take away the initial amount and not allow you to withdraw the winnings.
