if we not in 1-3 place so we will lose those 5000bits fee or get it back?

yes the fee of 5000 bits will not be given back because it goes into the prize pool that the 3 winners will share (50% 30% 20%)
the guaranteed prize pool is 0.15 and could be more if more than 10 user will join the contest

please read the rules again because it looks that you did not understand the rules regarding
the entrance fee for the contest
we changed the for this contest
instead of the 5000 bits guarantee you need to pay a 5000 bits entrance fee and this fee will be added in full to the prize pool
the 5000 bits you need to deposit to start the contest will be refunded in case you lose all the 5000 bits. same rule as last contest

24 hours Texas Hold'em All-In Contest
Contest starts tomorrow 12th of November at 12:00 GMT and will end 24 hours later
each user needs to pay a fee of 5000 Bits. this fee will be added in full to the Prize pool (in case we will not have 10 registered participants we will send back the 5000 Bits fee and cancel the contest)
Prize pool will be 0.1 from our side and the 5000 Bits fee from minimum 10 users = 0.05
(all together 0.15 or more if we have more than 10 participants)

we also decided to go for the following payout rule
2) in case there is no 3rd prize winner the prize pool will be split 60/40% and if there is only one winner he will get 100% of the prize pool and if there is no first prize winner then we will schedule a new contest and add the whole prize pool to the next contest
Prize Winners are the participants who will have the most profit at the end of the Contest but it must be more than the initial deposit of 5000 Bits (5001 Bits already count to win the Contest) to be eligible for the Prize
The starting time and date will be announced as soon we have minimum 10 or more registered users and the rules are:
user needs to register by posting his user name in thread.
User needs to send the fee of 5000 Bits to user JackpotRacer moneypot account
At start of the contest the registered user will have to deposit additional 5000 Bits (as initial deposit) to start the contest. it is not allowed to deposit at any time during the contest additional bits and will be a reason for disqualification.
In case a user will not deposit and not participate within the 24 hours contest time frame the fee of 5000 Bits will not be refunded
as we have no leader board so participants could see last stats/top 10 we will provide each 5-10 hours the stats of top 10. we are saying 5-10 hours just to be on the sure side. We will try to provide the top 10 more often.
Each participant can check all the other participants and his own standings by going to www.moneypot.com/users/ and here the username
