If you go to tezos.live, you can see the estimated number of tezzies created, as well as the number of wallets. The equivalent in USD contributed has sky rocketed since the price bitcoin (as well as ethereum) has exploded over the past few weeks. I think they USD contribution is up more than $100 mill since the end of the fund raiser.

This doesn't even include the amount of Bitcoin Cash they are now holding as well. It would be awesome if they returned the bitcoin cash to the contributors, although that is almost certainly not going to happen.

regarding to current development and nothing can be expect whether dev team will give some updates here.

They have lots of money. And investors gave these money to them actually. I think that it's too much (even without BCH extra value), but only time will tell.

I think what they are doing is correct, hedging themselves and rebalancing their capital for the long term of the foundation (I thought they would be selling a lot more than they did already). This bullish period doesn't seem to end so it's hard to predict and speculate (they sold ETH at the lowest point in recent weeks...) but it's still the right thing to do in order to secures the finances for the long term and going into fiat and more stable investments like bonds, stocks and precious metals.

Remember Ethereum almost ran out of money (it was during a much darker time in crypto and they raised a lot less than Tezos).

Tezos email all the contributors mentioning if you lost your password you lost your funds. They won’t be able to recover your funds without your password.

I would imagine at this stage, if you did the online wallet contribution method, there may be a way for support to help you (not certain though). If they choose to help is something different entirely because I know they warned that if you lost your password, you lost your coins.

If you did the air-gapped computer method, you are probably screwed if you lost your password. I don't know for sure though.

I don't want to scare you but I have read that you need your password along with your private key of course and there's not a way around it.

Now you shouldn't panic and contact the team because this may be to claim your Tezos at an earlier stage, I would suppose eventually you would only need your private key similar to other projects but I'm not sure how it works in this case.

lucky dev since the timing of holding the bitcoin exchange to tezos was perfect, now they have enough funds to develop this project just checking
around to make sure that we are all waiting for a good development coming out from the dev and more updates regarding to what specific big exchange that
will cater the trade.

Tezos will be great, surely.

Tezos have all the luck they needed on top they have a good team and millions of dollars. I am sure this will be the top moving coin for 2018.
