TigerCoin is listed on TheCoin.pw exchange and has action. Just an F.Y.I.
... but to my amazement. there's no exchange accepting them...
You're really amazed that no exchange wants to carry a coin that has no updates or commits in the last 3 years and no 51% attack double spend protection? Really?
Cryptopia notified me that TGC is getting de-listed. I tried moving my coins. but to my amazement. there's no exchange accepting them nor there seems to be any wallet but official one which I downloaded from this thread original post.

It says I have 8 active connections and says it is syncing with the network.
Restarting the wallet has no effect. I deleted the block info in app data and it redownloaded...got stuck again in same spot.
Says it has process 440025 of 2740366

You can try to reset your peer database too (move all peers* files away to a temp folder) and make sure you've included the mentioned addnode lines in your tigercoin.conf file.

downloaded wallet from page 1 , in roaming tigercoin folder put tigercoin.conf file with posted addnodes and my wallet sync now
