What's wrong with it? It's a book on software and it's covered in bugs!

The honey badger would eat all the bugs?  Undecided

As a (relatively) early adopted, the new price pump is making me feel generous... Who is smart enough to tell me what is wrong with this book cover? 0.5 BTC reward for the right answer.

"Mastering Bitcoin" by Andreas Antonopolous

IMO it is appropriate to put insects on the cover of a book only if the book is somehow biology-oriented. The cover looks very unappealing to me and I would never buy such a book.

I can understand if they made this cover because they were paid by Bitmain though.  Smiley

Didn't read the whole thread, maybe it was said before...anyway, "digital cryptocurrency" is a useless repetition? cryptocurrency already implies the concept of bitcoin being a digital currency.

it has to do if i'm not mistaken, with the initial letter of Antonopolous, his name
The OP wrote the author name wrong but it is correct on the ebook cover

What's the relationship about "ant" and bitcoin anyway?? And the leaves too.

Maybe that's the thing is wrong with the book cover. Because no relationship.

You can't master Bitcoin. Why would you title the book like that?

Bitcoin's economy and lifeforce is always changing, as are all cryptocurrencies. You can never master it because it is constantly dynamically shifting.

Also, ya don't usually see a leafcutter ant holding a stem. Smiley

Maybe he meant mastering as mastering your knowledge on how it works, what it can do and what is happening with it currently.

The word "Mastering" is supposed to be above the purple box, like most (but not all) of the other O'Reilly programming books where there is a verb in the title.

I think people are not ants, Because ants are ruled by their queens and may be kings (Tongue Dont have that much knowledge) or in simple words, They don't have the freedom of choice. So the only thing wrong here in this case would be. That we are ants, And if don't have freedom we would never buy/read that book. Because of mind control and power.

So in that case it wrong.

ants don't carry leaves, but only  a part of it, in fact they have a mouth with tooth for this!
I have lived in Central america in the past and I have seen large ants that were totally capable of handling entire leaves.

Perhaps entire leaves, but you do very, very rarely see them with the stem. Perhaps every once in a blue moon, but not that often.

They definitely wouldn't hold them by the stem either.
Well in costa rica there are thousands of little shits swarming my yard and they get into my house too. Maybe I will take some photos next time I go back to see if any have stems.  X'D
