There is a good possibility that bitcoin will be accepted worldwide and if that would happen then we can see a great improvement for every country, we can also see a big movement of the value of bitcoin as well but actually, this is not that easy as what we think, we need first to educate a lot of people about cryptocurrency before it can be used as world wide.
