Good analysis - Do you think BNT is good for long term hold or just another one of those ICO Flippers?

The developers understand that there are people willing to invest in an ICO and they do not want to restrict how much they are going to make with this ICO and so is the reason they came to a conclusion to uncap it in the first hour or so.

That Bancor fundraiser was really crazy. Raised over 400 thousands of ethereum. Maybe I'm wrong but this was the biggest ico ever.

Anybody know why one wallet can't do two transactions in same ICO?.

I have 1 transaction ok, in second transaction this has been cancelled with bad instruction and with high fee 0.01 Huh

I thought it was 250,000 cap , but 1 hr (now 3hrs!) uncapped.
So if they only sold 200,000 during the hour then the ICO would continue until another 50,000 were sold.
But if the 250,000 is exceeded during the hour, then the cap is actually a time cap at 1 hour... so no limit on the amount of ETH, just everything that goes through within the hour.

I really don't think it's a scam, but after what happened with the BAT ICO and the steep price drop shortly afterwards, I decided to stay away from the Bancor ICO and hope to pick some up later. Who knows though, I might be wrong, ICO might still be the best time to get in.

I have the same question, How to deal with the 134,000+ eth? I have bought 20 eth and I don't want to see the Bancor to be a scam.

On twitter Bancor have said they are extending it to 3 hours now because the network is being attacked but it has caused a riot, as people have paid good money to BitcoinsuisseAG to guarantee them entry in that 1 hour, to extend now is breaking contracts, so this is a big problem they are facing now.

I think this will be a massive/landmark ICO. A lot of the projections on WINGS agree. For better or worse, this ICO is going to set records. Personally, I'm hoping that helps with mass adoption because this project needs it to function.

The uncapped hour was a decision made by the community. The reason was to avoid all being bought up and flipped expensively by a few whales.

This is to be respected, not shunned, about the ICO. It tries to be truly democratic, truly decentralized.

It should not be about the quick flip, gaining the quick buck, if you don't believe in the project just don't invest in it, we don't need you to flip it a week or so after release on the exchanges.

Lastly, whatever is sold above the cap will be bough again, for the initial fundraiser price, by the Foundation itself. So it can not diminish in value due to selling too many tokens.

This is the best, most earnest, ICO model thus far, and I hope many follow.
