In my opinion crypto currency get new revelation in 2017. we see lot coin comes and get gain and also so many coin scam. we see lot of altcoin price increase 10x to 30x in this year. Ethereum, Decnt, Dash, Litecoin, Waves, Bitcoin Cash, NEO, Stratis, bitconnect, Zcash. Recently just come Minex Coin. This coin also so potential coin.
I think this altcoins are best at this moment.

As for me, the best Altcoin 2017 was little known alt EDG. In the spring of 2017 I purchased it for the remaining 8$.This coin gave a profit of 10,000% in a few months. So you don't always need to listen to what the media say.
For me, Ethereum has proven himself better, despite being inexperienced, analyzing graphs we see a quality of growth, proving to be a solid currency, another factor, even with recent problems, has been growing steadily, showing again that it is beyond the system.
for me it's more FOMO Eth is the second most known crypto after BTC by the crowd. it's already congest and tens of team will release their product in the coming month on the network. What can we expect? the evolution of TX/s will never follow that. for me ETH is the victim of his own success and people will be disappointed when they will figure it out. Ethereum, at this stage, can't run all the smart-contract that have raised an ICO this year.

Not just Litecoin, so many coins are doing well right now, if you are viewing from the profit angle. Nevertheless, for now, a lot of coins have really done well this year and trying to pick a best ALT in 2017 may really not just be that easy. However, if we are just to look at the ALT with a better and general improvement this year, probably we may just have to stick with Ethereum.The best alt depends on what you are trying to classify as the best. Market cap ? The value increase ? The project itself and the product it has to offer ? All these things could be put together to classify if an Alt is good or not and as far as I am concerned, we may just say Ethereum may fill those gaps right now. Some other coins could have done well in some other areas, but looking at a general view of it, I would go for ETH.

I would remove bitcoincash for now. That coin was just manipulated to get to that position and I really do not take that as the best option. Sure, what virtually 90% of the community is after now is profit, so, some holders of Bitcoincash may really be happy they held the coin right now.Nevertheless, the market has really shown some great sign of increase and improvement this year, so I really would not displace any coin for now, but if I were really to choose, I would rather go for the first one you mentioned.

In my opinion I think the best one is ethereum because almost all of the projects and ICO that is being presented these past couple of months is Ethereum base platform. It has a low value and low transfer fee too.

Ethereum would be the best altcoin in 2017. It's the second best cryptocurrency after Bitcoin. Then there is Litexoin, Dash, Montero, Ripple. These altcoins come after Ethereum.
Next year altcoins will be more important than they are now. In fact, 2018 will be the year of the altcoins.
