How did you decide to include those casinos in your list? Did you make any survey among random people who bet on sports?
Firstly, adding of 1xBit in your list is a huge mistake because this is scam casino. When I know that you add scam casinos in your top list, then how can I trust you? I would just ignore your website and start looking of lists on another websites where I would feel more secure regarding to lists.

So what I want to say is that make fair reviews and do a lot of research when making list of top casinos. I can't see stake.com in your list and it's very popular casino, another reason to re review your list.

I did not play on 1xbit and cloudbet anymore, I don't like my experience the last time I used them, also 1xbit, I don't find they have a a good reputation here. The other 3 I believe are good sprotsbook but haven't played with FJ for awhile now, the sportsbook and I regularly using are sportsbet and nitrogen, and hey there's one that are emerging now, and that is stake, maybe in the next update it will be added as one of the best.

That shady 1xbet/1xbit group is paying good money to advertisers, which is why all those spammers all over the net are promoting them. But whats worse... most affiliates arent any better - probably worse - while all of them claim to be trustful and only list reputable operators. A website listing 1xbet/1xbit in 2020 is a pure joke, sorry.

From a quick look it seems you are missing names such as Bitcoin Rush or Stake.com. For some reason whenever a recommendation or a review of sportsbooks gets posted it always entails 1xBit and you will see the communities response and thought about this site in the posts to come.

Just checked your site out and was surprised to see a scammy site like 1xbit on your list. I recommend removing it asap since there are many pending scam accusations against them and there are much better alternatives out there.

I advise adding the best crypto sports exchange(Fairlay) and sportsbooks like Pinnacle(Accepts BTC) and BetBTC to your list op.
