For me to switch completely from centralized exchange to decentralized exchange is a very difficult task at the moment. DEX is inferior to CEX in every way, moreover some exchanges like IDEX force users to KYC as centralized exchanges. The one centralized exchange I use most is that forkdelta lacks too many features and is difficult to use.
Hi guys! Recently decided to move all my activity to a DEX exchange. But haven't decided which one of them to use yet. Do you use DEXes? What's the best one?
Changelly and the Barter DEX's are pretty useful, I did a fair bit of trading with them previously, although Changelly had pretty hefty fees compared to the other exchanges out there.Can't understand why dexes are so hyping...
More secure, that's all. Using a centralized exchange is the same like using a centralized bank.

IDEX and Kyber network are one of the largest DEX. Though Changelly advertises itself as a DEX, it's not. The closest DEX alternative to Changelly is airswap.
Binance DEX is a cool new option and with much documentation than any others. Decentralized exchange gives you the feeling that you are always in control of your money.

Hmm , interesting , another thread about DEX EX. Looks like this hype is getting more real every day and its not a surprise for me because honestly its about time for volume to flow into dexex. The guy who said dex is for newbies, make us a favor and don't become a troll and make your statement with some arguments in order to sustain your idea , thanks.
We have so many good Dex that are compete one with each other, and the battle is tight between block/komod/waves/stakanet and in my opinion all 4 of them will have to gain a lot of new adopters and new volume flowing into the market. The Governments won't shut down DEX ,don't go on that road , they cannot shut down what they don't control.

I don't know if it's the right board for this post. I think it belongs to trading section. Anyway, you should know first what are the advantage and disadvantage of using decentralized Exchange or DEX. You want full anonymity it's not as good as centralized Exchanges. DEX don't have much Liquidity since you have only few pairs to trade. Centralized exchange does that. You can trade your cryptocurrency to FIAT. DEX don't have that option. And most alarming here is the crackdown of government. Anytime, government can just shut down DEX. You already know the reason.
