I agree with you. Too early to judge DACC as the best ICO of 2018. However understandable DACC is best for the moment.

I know this project. There are many famous investors. But marketing is not good. It is not as popular as other ICOs. So I did not notice it. But the ICO is over and I am quite surprised at what the DACC has done. Listing 6 exchanges at the same time. That was a great start for the DACC

Never trust those websites. Some of them are paid by ICO teams to have a better score or to have a score at all. Do your own research. People who know how to look for a good ICO wont tell you for free. So you either buy a course from someone that actually knows or you learn to do the research by yourself.
If I knew those reviews were 100% real I would say yeah, it's great. Looking at it myself, yes it definitely seems like a good project but time will tell, as always.

My strategy is waiting to list on the exchange, and I will buy if the price go down and make profit from there, I think a lot of hype are not help, we can see a lot of previous ICO are dump, and after that they will increase the real value after their roadmap completed
