The world have been using war to fight insecurity, wasting economic and human resource but it seen insecurity is increasing on daily basis. I think war is not the best approach to insecurity. If we want a society free from security challenges there should be equal right and justics, any government that cannot solve the issue of security for 24hr has hand in the insecurity problem facing the people. One of the things that can also eradicate insecurity in our society is to improve on our economy and create adequate social amenities and jobs creations especially for the youth.

The total eradication of insecurity within a country and the world at large is not that possible and achievable, as far the military will sack personnel find wanting of misconduct this will continue to happen, there are some people dismissed without been given a fair hearing, do you know that this personnel might create a chaotic group that can enforce mayhem on the populace, whichever way it is a problem that has to be handled carefully and gently no matter how difficult it may seem to understand this fact, the truth is that insecurity is part of the world existence because, the people that dwell in this world has diverse thinking ordinarily most of them are not normal, so insecurity should be expected to occur.

Insecurity is what the government can always end it either by giving the people what they are demanding for or you the government power to put it to an end. If insecurity still exist and the government is not doing anything to put a stop to it that means they are compromising because I think the government has much power to any force trying to challenge them .if insecurity is really a problem to the government I think they can end with immediate effect without wasting any time.

Insecurity, in my opinion, is supposed to be tackled from several angles and two of the main ones are supposed to take care the most would be the economical angle and the cultural angle of crime and insecurity.
There are societies and countries where being a criminal and doing bad business for the sake of money is a romanticized topic amount the youth. It takes a look to some neighborhoods in Mexico with the Narcos and also in some black communities in the United States, in those places being into crime is viewed as a way to live.  In countries and societies where that perception does not exist, there is very unlikely to be victim of a violent crime or feel insecure, for example, Japan where they have both a good economy and also a society which discourages the young to join the ranks of criminal organizations, the Nordic countries in Europe have both good economies and also access to great oportunities for the young people. That is the standard which are supposed to be followed by our countries if we want to have cities and towns which are considered to be secure and safe to live in the long term.

There are many causes of insecurity but I agree that poverty is one of the root causes of it. When people are poor they can engage in several criminal activities to take care of themselves. Many countries that are going through serious insecurity problems are those that fail to tackle poverty and inequalities. Religion is another cause of insecurity. Some religious fanatics promote violence and their believers are brainwashed to believe that they will get an eternal reward if they facilitate or engage in violence to attack other people who do not believe in their religion. The major facilitators of conflict in Africa and some parts of the Middle East are the so-called jihadists.

Cultural intolerance is another major cause of insecurity in my country. Some tribes feel that they are superior to others so they tend to use different means to oppress these minorities. These oppressed people will also join forces together to resist these attacks and this usually leads to inter-tribal wars. I also think that insecurity in economically strong nations like the US is because loosed regulations on gun ownership. Poverty is not the cause of the violence in many developed world.

Exactly. To tackle insecurity, we need to go beyond just using the military. It's about making things fair, sorting out the economy, and giving everyone a shot at a good life. Wars might not be the smartest move in the long haul. We should focus on making things right from the ground up like fair rights, fair play, and fixing the economy. That way, people feel more chill and we've got better chances at keeping the peace. Creating jobs, improving social stuff, that's the real deal in wiping out insecurity.

Poverty is a major key to insecurity because when the government fails to provide job opportunities for its citizens and decides to embezzle the country's funds, it will make the citizens to start thinking evil and they can involve themselves in some illegal activities. Corruption is another problem, when corruption is the order of the day, there will be sponsors of terrorism and kidnap in the country because the sponsors are after their own personal interest. Due to corruption, the security agents wouldn't take their job serious and they will be after bribe and not for the good of the country. The fact remains that there is no way to get rid of insecurity finally in a country because we are humans and we have wicked minds.

Of course, the basic foundation of a country is the economy. I think one thing that can alleviate insecurity in our society is access to education and opportunities for skill development. Access to education and skills training can also increase innovation and productivity, drive economic growth, create new opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship. See, those who are educated and skilled are able to contribute meaningfully to their society, be it through volunteering, mentoring or leadership roles. They can lead to a vibrant and cohesive society, can increase confidence and reduce feelings of insecurity.

I truly believe that Wars are never the answer instead a country should focus on developing their country further and one sector they should really focus on is the youth

We should provide, first and foremost, accesible quality education I really do believe that a country’s hope is their youth so we should educate and teach the kids properly in order for them to get a proper hold of their futures

For external threats to the security of a country, wars can be inevitable to safeguard the territories of the country, because if a country is weak to respond to external aggressions then it can be attacked or infiltrated by criminal elements.

If you're talking about internal aggressions then it's important that a government should try and find out about the root cause of it and try to address it, if not then it can escalate to more serious security challenges. If a government provides jobs and basic amenities to it's citizens, then the chances of insecurities will drastically reduce. Although there are evil minded individuals and organizations who's aims are to always cause mayhem in their socialites and the entire world without any just cause, the best way to achieve peace is to fight them, if they can not change for good.

Insecurity of a country is what you are talking about, and since humans exist war happens for different reasons and defense systems like the army, and military weapons are mandatory to secure your territory and if you have no weapons and think that you won't be attacked then overnight things may be changed that is why countries/kingdoms always had their borders secure to eliminate the infiltration.

The worst forms of insecurities were formed as means of survival and either fanatic belief or confraternal forms. So either way hunger and desire too make money causes it or a belief system of forceful indoctrination.

The provision of social amenities does not directly affect those that needs survival, the provision of good jobs will stop the insecurities caused by stealing, kidnapping, trafficking.

The worst form of insecurity is terrorism , the best was to reduce terrorism drastically is by killing the instigators and sponsors.

Insecurity is everywhere, it just differs in percentages on how serious they are in different areas. I don’t think a society can achieve a 100% equal rights and justice to the people. No matter how it is tried, there are still going to be bad eggs that will want to spoil the system because of their selfish gains.

I have also heard that any government that cannot solve the issue of security in their country within 24hours also has a hand in it. This could be those that are working under him and have the power willed to them to tackle such insecurity, it is most times not from the head himself.

Improving social amenities, job creation, youths engagement in societal development will help to reduce insecurity. Most insecurities are seen to also resonate from within its residence due to lack of work or access to basic amenities and rights in the society. The change should begin from the society and also from the government at the same time.

Don't expect that insecurity will be eradicated in the country because there will always be rebels. There will always be those who don't like what the government is doing and the way to send their message is through violence which will destabilise the government from its focus. These rebelling has been there and not going away even in the bible story, there has been war. However, you can say it could be reduced if government becomes sincere and provide social amenities and jobs but it will not be eradicated because it is part of human nature to want to change certain things they feel not right.
