Yeah, right, I agree with that, as long as you don't have any access to the physical router, it's hard for you to hard reset it, I really do think that locking the router on the other room, like your brothers or your parents room could really prevent you from tweaking it. I saw some parents like that, they even lessen the bandwidth so you can't stream and just use it for researches.

Yeah its one way to go about it or just go with out the net for a while, i know it sucks but having it out of your reach prob best way to do it.
Also getting rid of the web from your phone might also help to prevent you from mobile gambling.

I don't think it is such a big task to come out of this gambling habit because if a person decides to want to get out then, he/she can find many good ways. But if someone is forcing them to come out then it is an impossible job to do. Because we can't control one person always 24 hours so, they will find some ways to go and gamble again.

One cannot have control over another person over the entire time. It is possible only by having self control. There is no reason to get addicted when you can have control on yourself. Gambling has the highest possibility to make a user bankrupt in a few days time as well makes rich. So need to decide well before going to be a participant in it.

For me the best way to quit in gambling is to entertain yourself in other things do some sports like basketball or just simply hang out with your friends or spend more time to your family make yourself busy so that you will not think anything that is related to gambling

To be honest it is not really hard to quit gambling if you really want to you can possible quit gambling right away if you are going to discipline your self not to play gambling and quit for your own good asap. Well not all people are the same.. it is just like a cigarette i was trying to stop cigarette few months ago but instead of staying away to buy cigarette i can be still smell smoke from other friends which is it can be trigger me to smoke again..
So in gambling if you are really addicted it can be hard to remove it to your self you should make an action stay away and find other alternative like other psychiatrist say like in smokers that candy is the best alternative to temporary change your habit. that can push until your taste are change.. it is just like in gambling that you should find other hobby that your happiness can be change and have a goal and dream to your life..

I don't recommend looking for "motivation". Motivation is just like a feeling. It goes away after a day or two. I haven't seen someone motivated 24/7. Even the people featured on TV or in Youtube in motivational videos still have days that they aren't motivated at all. What I'm going to recommend is discipline. When you have discipline, you don't need motivation at all. Motivation would make things easier but you wouldn't have to depend on that anymore since you're a disciplined person.

Something that can motivate you like what?people need a clear suggestion .
Such as to use your spare time to play tennis, go fising etc it is a hobby that can forget your time to gamble and allocated to these ne hobby.

That's right, there are some family members that oversees your activities on your PC or smartphone will reduce how much chance you could get back to do gambling again. I always thought that what matter to quit gambling for good is your intended in the first place and committed to it.
